Air conditioning. When we entered the room it was terribly hot. It turned out later that you cannot set the temperature as you wish because the minimum temperature is 24. We asked the reception to lower the temperature which should have been possible according to the information in the room. Unfortunately the reception refused. As the result we spend a night sweating. This is not what you expect when booking a hotel with air conditioning! There was unpleasant smell from bathroom pipes.

The room is spacious with a balcony. The room is modern and comfortable. There's swimming pool and spa for you to enjoy. There is a lot of parking space. It's a short walk from the city centre. The breakfast is in a variety.

Big rooms, good location next to the highway. Satisfactory breakfast.

The hotel is very outdated. The rooms are very old with old furniture and curtains. The bathroom was newer and also very clean, which was a plus.

Had the upgraded comfort room. Everything new and sparkly. cleanliness was impressive. Breakfast was comprehensive with healthy options.

Large clean rooms and bathrooms, nice balcony and comfy bed. Really nice and fresh breakfast selection. Was not expecting this level of quality but everything was top knotch. Easy to get to by car and not far from black forest.

I wanted to stay a few more days!

the room furniture is minimal and humble. There is no coffee Maschine or cattle in the room. the toiletries are minimal

We have been coming back for many years and will continue to do so. Great location, great staff, close to the old part of the town. Love the walks and the Weinachtsmarkt.

One downside this time of the year (hopefully): reception closes early. First time in many years.

Very comfortable bed, good inside temperature, great location, lovely swimming pool. Easy check in option. Nice view.

Expensive for what you get. We came a bit after 9.30am to the breakfast and there was almost no food left and the kitchen did not bother to replenish it although we weren’t the last customers, also comparing the last time we came here, the breakfast had way less items. I burned my finger trying to switch off the bed lamp which was very very hot. The cleaning team came and made the beds but did not clean the floor, although after a rainy day it was in need of it. Quite disappointing for a 4* hotel, not sure if we will stay here again.

Practical, modern and clean, plus they accommodate dogs.

Its not in the prettiest part of town but the trade off is that there is plenty of parking.
