La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata secondo uno standard molto elevato, è luminosa e ariosa con riscaldamento a pavimento, un bruciatore di registro, un sistema audio Sonos integrato, TV 4K e molti gadget da cucina tra cui un rubinetto Quooker, un frigorifero per bevande e una macchina da caffè Neff, frigorifero congelatore e scaldapiatti.
C'è anche un kayak e giubbotti di salvataggio per bambini e adulti di varie dimensioni che puoi usare gratuitamente.
Tutti gli utenti del kayak devono indossare un giubbotto di salvataggio.

The property was lovely very well equipped. Host very accomadating with equipment for the children
Lovely outside area with plenty of seating. Initially we booked the house only but due to the ages of the 3 youngest children we realiised we would also need the additional annexe in the garden. The downstairs bedrooms were off the main entertainment area and too noisy for sleeping children so we had to pay an extra 700 pounds to accomadate our group. The annexe can not be let out at the same tiime
Felt it could have been included the price or at least discounted as we had already paid over our budget for the main house.

Our families had a fantastic week at the beach, this was the perfect location. It’s a lovely open space with several areas for kids and adults to relax in.

Large and spacious house with all the features you need for a comfortable stay. There were 7 of us and the place could readily accommodate 9 (10 if one is under 2). You can see the sea from the front gate and it is literally a 90 second walk away (note - East Wittering is pebbly at high tide, but West Wittering has lovely sand and is a 6 minute drive away).
Esther, our host, was readily available, was especially helpful and gave us some excellent help and advice.
We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this property for a great family holiday.

Esther was the perfect host, very responsive and really helpful. The house is stunning and in such a great location, literally 30 seconds from the beach! The house was spotless and had absolutely everything you could need. It was the perfect base for a girls weekend away - we didn't want to leave!

Fantastic property with plenty of space with the annex too for all 8 adults, 2 kids, baby and 2 dogs. Beautiful house with everything you need for a great weekend. The location is a stones throw from the sea. We had a fab long weekend.

Gorgeous place, everything you could wish for and once again (this was not our first stay!) the weather played ball and made the short break seem like a long, wonderful holiday. Our manager Esther couldn't have been more helpful and went way above and beyond to make sure we had just what we needed. Thoroughly recommended (...but don't take our slot!).

A spacious very well equipped house in an excellent location just yards from the beach, kayak, paddle boards ,wet suits etc, plenty of outdoor space and furniture. All you could need for a wonderful beach holiday. East Wittering has everything you need in the way of shops, restaurants etc. We absolutely loved it.

The house was just what we wanted . Perfect 4 days stay . Didn’t use the car once . Weather was wonderful . Swimming , paddle boarding , walking , family diners , beach picnics , pubs , fish and chips . Comfortable beds , hot showers , outside seating . Open plan living worked so well . Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay in this house with our three children and another family. The house is really nice inside and outside space too, has everything you might need, and is right next to the beach. Communication with the host was also really good and I would stay here again.

The property is fabulous. Every home comfort and more has been thought about. There are perfect sitting, socialising and relaxing areas both inside and outside the property. The kayak and paddle board and other equipment really added to our holiday experience and with the beach only minutes away they were used a great deal. We really had a fabulous time, thank you.

This is a really great property, lovely house with a large garden. The location is right near the beach which was great for the kids and they loved using the equipment available. Esther was also really good at replying if we had any queries. Would love to stay again!

The house was very clean and spacious, with lots of different areas, inside and out for a large group to comfortably enjoy. Location was a 2minute walk to East wittering beach and only a ten minute walk to the East wittering shops. The host was very easy to get hold off also. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful spacious house which was ideal for our extended family holiday which included four children under 4 and a dog.
Lovely garden and terrace which was in full sun during the day and plenty of room for the little ones to play.
The host Esther was always available if needed.

I guess the title says it all really - 3rd time staying at at this wonderful house.
There are now 4 sun-loungers in the rear garden and some new rattan-style seating with an extra table making the outdoor space even more useful than before.
It's a great house, well looked after and presented - thoroughly recommended.

We had such a truly memorable time staying in this property - it is so much bigger than the photos do justice to… the decor is gorgeous - all nautically themed etc. roof balconies lovely as were just sitting outside on the many loungers and chairs provided with sun downers and good company. We went to both east and west wittering beach - both lovely beaches. House so well equipped with everything one could ever want/need and more! So comfortable!! We are so grateful to the host for the extra touches - both large and small given to us during our stay - 1 member of our party not at all well but this was no problem at all - everything they needed could be reached on the ground floor incl, bedroom, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, lounge, exit to garden etc. we have stayed in many self catering cottages over the years and nowhere has come even close to the standard offered by this house - we were all very content, box of games and books v gratefully received by the youngest member of group. Everything was so clean also. A total dream property with the sea literally at the end of the road - about 8 houses away - it was perfect. We thank you so much for such a gorgeous stay and such amazing memories. Our only regret being that we didn’t stay for even longer and that it may prove impossible to come back to visit.

Loved the house, loved the location. Everything was easy and accommodating from the host. Would just say one of the beds is more of a kids beds so if you are more than 8 adults I would book the annex for the extra cost as It would be worth it. Overall house is fab and had everything you can think of needing.

The property is stunning and even better than in the pictures. Spotless throughout and with an extremely well stocked kitchen. Perfect for our large group of family and friends.

From the moment you step into this house you will say ‘wow.’ It is bigger than the outside suggests and every detail has been considered. It is beautiful with lots of space and highend fixtures, heated floor and large sliding doors to the immaculate garden and a short walk to the beach. It is a place you will always want to return to.

We had a lovely time at this gorgeous house. Not only was it beautifully maintained and decorated it really felt like home where you could relax and have a lovely holiday. It is very close to the beach and had perfect off-road parking.

This place was amazing. We could not have asked for more and everyone that was a guest commented on how fantastic it all was. The beds were comfortable, the water was always hot for baths and showers and bearing in mind it was winter time, we were all nice and cosy. We would definitely visit this property again.
