excelente hotel , excelente condições para estadia em família . a meia pensão foi estupenda e com uma bebida incluída a escolha. o spa é muito grande com muito conforto e seguro para crianças pequenas. numa sala de relax adjacente há uma cafeteria com café chás e chocolate quente de cortesia do hotel. pequeno almoço não faltou nada . a repetir.

With two kids, our room was great. Both beds had more than enough room for a family of 4. The breakfast and dinner were really good. Also everyone in the hotel and spa were super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Noise. Some of the guest staying at the hotel were highly intoxicated and at 5:00 were making a lot of noise in the bedroom hall to the point that I was forced to leave my room go talk with them.

Food quality

We were banned from entering the spa circuit because we had a baby. The employees only let in one adult or the couple but we had to leave the child in the room. This is an insult to the common sense. I need to point out that we were not informed about this rule when the reservation was made (we inform the age of our children at the time of booking). The hotel only sent this information to late, on the day of arrival. If they had informed us in advance, we would have looked for another hotel, cheaper and more humane. This hotel is worth for its bathing facilities but if we can not use it, sorry but it"s only a vulgar hotel.
