Location was amazing! Right in the center. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Very clean, room size was great. Had everything you need.

It is a bit pricey, and it had additional charges for parking (per night €20). This could have been complementary.

location super convenient! breakfast is good, we liked a lot! they are also providing discount for the ski rentals.

sometimes we were hearing noises(like footsteps) from other rooms but i don’t mind actually. overall experience is really good

Unfriendly……noisy/rowdy….never made to feel like a paying guest…..no tea/coffee facility in the room……..this is a bar with rooms NOT a hotel which looks after it’s customers

close to centre. car park small but v handy good boot room decent sized bedroom, good bathroom, bed very comfortable

service at bar and restaurant a tiny bit hit and miss no coffee / tea in room if car park unavailable nearby parking a bit of an effort and not close to ski bus route

good location to town center and train station, friendly staff and a free sauna on 4th floor with nice view

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff. The Christmas dinner was very good value for money and they accommodated two vegetarians without a fuss - thank you. The bar area is cosy & friendly and warm. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Easy transfer from Geneva airport and excellent town centre vibe.

Slightly bigger room and more lighting in the room - it was very dark!

The sauna on the top floor was the best I have ever been in with a panoramic view of the mountain. The location was great for town but a little further from the lifts than I would have liked.

The help from the desk was very variable depending on the member of staff. There wasn’t any tea or coffee equipment in the room which I would have liked. Also, the doubled bed had 2 single duvets.

it was cool to see the mountains from the balcony. The sauna on 4th floor was nice, and the location was perfect for leisure.

I didnt know that the rooms for 4 people are only on the 1st floor, actually wanted a room on higher floor but it was still good. The blanket on my bed had a dust looked like who had stepped it but I was too tired so it was not a big deal for me.
