the breakfast was really fine: not very extensive, but everything I tasted of good quality. loved it!

poor Wifi, couldn’t make my booking for the next night (road-tripping) unless I went in the (also cold) lobby. no heating (it’s winter!) dated interior, not a lot of toiletries (what I expect in a four star hotel). the receptionist was pushing me to go to the police ( at 19:30, is was traveling alone with a child) because I didn’t had ‘a tourist card’??? I never found any information about this, so it’s a old measure, I guess? I had every thing, even an mobility pass, for the both of us! traveling a month now, and no one else spoke about it. when I said, I wanted to cancel my booking, since I was not planning to go to the police, another colleague agreed to let me in. really frustrating a reception like this, when you drove all day… the toiletseat was disgusting, with pink cleaning product and hair still on it. showed the picture in the morning

Nice breakfast, healthy choices. Room leaked after rainfall. Woke up to wet floors and water running down the walls.

Beds and furniture in disarray when we arrived to our room. I am wondering if it was being repaired and was accidentally assigned to us.

Pseudomonas folliculitis!!! my girlfriend and I got hot tub rash, and instead admitting the hot tub was poorly cleaned they try to putt the blame on us argue that we raise the temperature causing the cleaning product reacts in our skin really? a battery infection because hottub was on 40*C

The place is beautiful and it has a good breakfast. Everything was very clean.

Rooms are small and it's easy to listen what is happening outside.

You can tell the hotel is way past its golden years. It's been poorly maintained so its value for money is not the best. It is located right on a highway, so If you don't have a car, just choose to stay in another place.

The pool, the view, the location. The breakfast was delicious. Just that.

I think that as they see you they treat you. I sent my sister earlier and they gave her the worst room they had. Very overused towels. The bathroom cannot be closed. The TV did not work you can just see TVN and nothing else. We called to reception and they said that I have to check the remote, which did not work. Still waiting for them to come and replace it. The bed matress is big and comfy but the bed itself seems like falling apart. I thought that It would be great as paying 90.000clp finally as the cherry on top of the cake. Hahaha they wanted to charge us extra 8990 if we want to take the breakfast to the room by ourselves. Haha not coming back. I rather stayed at Diego de Almagro.

Breakfast was very plain, although understood due to Covid. Room was comfortable. Did not access the pool.

Construction in premises, also understood.

Good breakfast, good parking spots, great staff, good experience overall. such a wonderful experience with my girlfriend, she is really happy too!
