the room had a foul smell

during cleaning of the room, the staff threw away my food parcel without consulting me. on speaking with the manager Darshan he routed my complaint to the GM. However the GM (Srinivas) was unavailable on call or in person. the hotel as a good gesture was unable to offer anything. would not recommend at all

The Receptionist Mr. Dharshan was one of the most obliging gentlemen I have ever met. He bent over backwards to rectify and fix little irregularities that other services had been lax on, for example housekeeping, and so on. No problem was too difficult to fix for him. I admire his CAN DO attitude, should have been inculcated with all the other staff as well.

The attitude of kickbacks will be a hard one to fix in India. Everyone was in the business of arranging taxi's for a small fee from the owner of the Taxi. But this is understandable, given that the traffic situation is horrendous & Taxi's are hard to come by at the best of times. Advice: Shop around & get a feeling for what your ride should cost before you commit.

the cleanliness. the staff were all good nothing was too much trouble, situated right in centre of Bangalore, walking distance to centre, would recommend this hotel not just for solo travel but if you were travelling with family also, has it all, really happy that I got this hotel

not much, can’t fault it to be fair

Service was good.

Breakfast choice was limited. Hotel was under renovation but we could get our room relocated which waa bigger and better.

It was clean and the staffs were friendly. The hotel was located in a centre place from where you can access popular places easily which avoids travel in that congested traffic.

The environment.

The room service is very slow and sometimes the front desk staffs act a bit weird.

Great room. Bed matras in my room was little worn out. But overall a great experience to be in this hotel.

location at centre of town. the wake up call Sevice was perfectly on time. a good lobby restaurant.

poor service attitude. lack of proper toiletries. we were 3 and had only 1 set of toiletries and two towels. the intercom has no details on it for the required extension. extra bed was not placed until late even after reminders. no hot water. we requested several times and they said it will soon be ok. so none of us had a bath. .

They are charging bottled water at more than thrice of market rate

receptionist’s behaviour and body language should be more polite and obedient.

Very centrally located. Neat and well kept property
