This hotel was value for money for sure. A few pointers to improve...a kettle in the room with a few condiments (teas & coffees) would have been good. The breakfast could have been more...maybe more fresh fruit and more cereal...but...the price and cost were very very reasonable so can't really complain.

Cozy private guest house with own parking which is locked at night. The owner is super helpful, one of those people you know you will have a decent conversation with given an opportunity. Loved the space at the chimney and a great selection of books. Our room was small and pretty basic but it was ok for one night. We had everything we needed (maybe slippers would be a valuable adding since the room is small and it’s hard to avoid stepping around it in dusty shoes. So we had to wear socks not to feel sand on our feet). Heater, hot water - everything worked perfectly well. The location will be no problem for those with a car. And it’s a great chance to discover one of top-nock residential location around Lviv with a reach history.

Nothing. We were perfectly fine with our one night staying. Had dinner at a restaurant around the corner. our car was secured.

I think it is a very good option for travelers who need a sleep-over around Lviv but don't want to waste time with going to the city itself. At least that was my situation ☺️

My particular room could benefit from refreshment, strong early 00s vibes. But nothing really to complain.

The rooms were tidy and clean, the hotel located in a quiet area surrounded by forests. Very comfortable. The stuff are very helpful.

A bit away from center but great p/p

Quiet location, clean linens and towels, and a comfortable bed. Privacy either for relaxation, or work, if you need to concentrate on a task or hold a video meeting. Tasty coffee whenever you ask for it and even a sweet apple from a home grown tree. Everything in the rooms is thought over and properly arranged: power sockets where they are needed, necessary shelves for clothes, a kettle. There is a little food shop next to the house. The hosts show a genuine care for their guests in everything they do and even provide purified good-quality water in the villa. Great place to avoid noise and rush of the busy city.

You will need a taxi to get to Lviv. However, it is a short trip— the villa is only 15 minutes away from the city centre.
