Very clean appartment in the historical centre of Alquezar. It is steps away from the beginning of the beautiful local trek in the canyon. Shops and restaurant nearby. Very convenient.

Everything was great except for what I have mentioned below.

The air conditioning machine was right outside the kitchen/lounge window! It was noisy and ruined the peace of our stay and the lovely views.

Great location. Amazing view from the balcony. Good sized kitchen etc. Great water pressure in the shower Lots of info in a file about walks in the area.

It's the top floor and felt a bit dark and more cosy than airy in the evening for if you wanted a night in. But it's lovely and you can opening the shutters and sit on the terrace too. I think it'd be good to replace some of the mugs and plates as some are quite chipped. These are tiny things though. It's a brilliant place to stay and great value and full of good facilities.

Anna was contactable via WhatsApp the whole time. She contactedme on the day of arrival to make sure I had good directions to the flat and knew how to get the key. Then again she knocked on the door during out stay to make sure we had all we needed. The 3 bed flat was very airy for the 2 of us. Even though there was a heatwave (34 degrees in the afternoon) we didn't need the aircon because the flat was cool and caught the breeze with the windows open.

I would have liked more comfortable seating (only one sofa and no cushions on the dining chairs which were quite hard), and some more kitchen equipment,utensils. The balcony was just a juliette balcony, we thought it would be a proper balcony with outdoor seating.

This was the second time we stayed as a family at Casa Aurelia. As on the previous occasion, it was a perfect place to stay for a visit to Alquezar: helpful host, clean and well-appointed apartment, easy check-in and departure, and great location in the heart of the old town.

Nothing really. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Lovely bright apartment with good views out over canyon... very clean & comfortable. Everything we needed in place. Perfect!
