Le lit , la propreté de la chambre
La chambre qui a un bruit de compresseur toute les 10 minutes, nos plaintes aupres du personnel qui n’ont servis a rien car le personnel n’est pas compétent pour résoudre un problème et les réceptionnistes le sont encore moins pour proposer un dédommagement pour les 2 nuits d’insomnie que j’ai subit vis a vis de ça . Un personnel d’une antipathie et d’une incompétence rare

A 2 pas des thermes et du CASINO(jeux) avec son restaurant. Assez proche du centre mais pas suffisamment. Pour quelqu'un de bien portante comme, pas de problème pour ce petit trajet à pied. De plus il faut un peu grimper pour y accéder.
Le cadre est très appréciable ainsi que toutes prises en charge (réservations : SPA, taxi ou navette etc) et tout ce que propose l'hôtel : buffet petit déjeuner, activités etc et un personnel fabuleux. Très à l'écoute, hyper reactif, à l'affût du moindre besoin de chacun qu'il memorise au cas par cas. Pour terminer, il y a parc d'exception.
J'allais oublier, sa propriété exemplaire.
Je répète, cest la distance avec le centre, mais ça ne me concernait pas vraiment, d'autant que j'étais véhiculée.

Staff were wonderful. Due to the recommendations of Sophie and her male colleague we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Although not new and modern, the hotel has a classic, timeless feel to it. Extremely clean.
Bed felt like it was two beds joined, pillows were not great, but Sophie exchanged pillows for us.

THe breakfast could have been better. A larger variety of everything and some warm food would be nice. It would be nice to have kettle in the room.

- instead of a larger bed we had like 2 twin beds , but it was comfortable anyways

-no minibar and it is summer, it's true that we didn't checked before booking this hotel if it had a minibar or not ,but a little fridge it's mandatory in every hotel
-too far from the points of interest ( gorges du verdon, moustiers saint marie, sisteron , cotignac, valensole ) for this price

Nice quiet, staff very pleasant and helpful, great for parking motorcycle, things that just let it down pillows very uncomfortable bed for double was small, few repairs needed in room bathroom areas

A very clean and esthetic property. Easy to find, a few parking slots to be used. Nice breakfast. Attentive staff.
Wifi connection. It takes too much time to get connected (one-off codes need to be generated first) and then the signal is intermittent. My wife was not successful in getting the signal at all. Rooms facing the road are noisy, there is quite a traffic, especially in the morning hours.

The room is super small. oonlyone person can walk beside the bed . Thebathroom and toilet are also super small. Not a comfy room for longer stays. The breakfast also is very expensive. Not recommended for young people.

We only spent a short night at the hotel on our way driving from Provence to Burgundy. We had a very comfortable stay, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a very beautiful garden and located almost right off the main road but very quiet and private with beautiful surroundings. We would love to return and stay longer. We highly recommend.
