The Hotel was clean and in a good location. We don't speak Spanish so the staff we unable to or didn't want to help with any queries. We went to the restaurant and stood while staff walked up and down taking no notice of our attemps to communicate.

Staff were not helpful. Did go to spa and the staff there were very nice.

The location was perfect. The room was big and had good view.

We stayed 2 nights and they didn't change our towels and bed sheets. There is no coffee in the rooms and only 2 small bottles of water in the mini bar, there is not any orange juice or anything else.

The staff is the best thing about this hotel, and that says a lot! Our room was rather large and it had marvellous views of the town. The spa was impeccable. Breakfast was varied and everything was delicious - it was also great value for money. Parking in the area is safe and easy.

The spa was in a different building and getting there in the rain was a little funny. With regard to toiletries I would've preferred to have conditioner provided rather than tissues or a comb, for example, which were totally unexpected and rather unnecessary for some people. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and has secure parking if travelling by car. We visited the monte de san Rogue beautiful views. Food in the restaurant was good.

2 days maximum stay in Viveiro unless you go for business.

a bit further out of town than we’d thought

Room is cosy and clean with a nice view on the beach but unfortunately the closest beach is closed and not accessible. You have to walk nearly 1km along the coast path to reach the next beach. Walk back from the beach is steep and under the sun. You can also reach that beach by the road but there is no sidewalk and cars drive fast.

No beach close to the hotel. Pool is cold and run down (old and dirty chairs, the jacuzzi doesn't work...). We had dinner at the buffet of the hotel: 18 euros per person. Food was terrible: quality was poor, the choice very limited, everything looked like what you receove in bad road service restaurant. The table service was poor by people that acted like they were students still learning the job. In all ...not a good experience. Way too expensive for what you get. 5 stars price but what you get is far from those standards. Avoid!

Great location, lovely pool and the roof bar was an amazing place to watch the sun go down.

Parking was hard to get if coming back of an evening. Ok during the day.
