Super clean. Lovely bathroom too. Room was always made up when we got back from being out and about and coffee pods / machine were a lovely touch. Air con was great as I am always overheating! Staff were friendly :) There is a tram stop right outside the hotel and a metro down the road from hotel (5 min walk max). It was very convenient and nice little places for coffee up road too. Lidl close by if you get hungry!

Pillows

Das Frühstück war viel und die Auswahl reicht, das jeder satt wird. Es war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein comfort Doppelzimmer, (Eckezimmer) und die Aussicht vom zehnten Stock war toll. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und gut isoliert. Beim Betreten vom, Zimmer fühlte es sich direkt an wie Urlaub. Das Bett war richtig schön groß und die Kissen richtig gut. Das Bad ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Bahn hält genau gegenüber vom Hotel. Man braucht ca. 20 min bis Amsterdam Central.

Es gibt nichts negatives zu schreiben, außer das vielleicht kleinere Verschleiß schäden repariert werden könnten. Aber das mindert nichts an der Qualität des Zimmers. Rollo mit leichten Rissen. Die Bettumrandung (Kunstleder) war leicht abgerissen. Das Klemmbrett, wo Infos vom Hotel standen, wölpte sich schon auf. Das Hotel eigene Parkhaus, könnte billiger sein. 20 Euro pro Tag ist schon hoch. Wie gesagt nur Kleinigkeiten 😜

Ideale Lage. Mit der Straßenbahn Linie 2 (vor der Tür) zu den wichtigsten Punkten der Stadt. Geräumiges, gut schallisoliertes Zimmer. Bequemes Parken, wenn auch kostenpflichtig.

Der Raumservice sollte merken und kontrollieren, ob Lampen nicht funktionieren (Schminkspiegel und Stehlampe). Aber das ist eher eine Kleinigkeit.

Smart, clean, quiet, convenient

Bathroom was very nice, the rain shower was amazing. The 24hr reception made us feel very safe, the staff were also warm on arrival. The hotel itself is just outside the town, however, when renting bikes the travel into Amsterdam central was glorious through vondel park. I would recommend traveling into town on bikes rather than the metro (which is close only a 5 min walk away) just for the opportunity of going though the park and is actually quicker at only 20 mins. I would also recommend stopping at De vondeltuin in the morning for the most amazing latte macchiato. Overall very good as I would stay again.

No

I initially booked a standard double and upgraded before arrival. It was well worth it.The room was very spacious and the facilities were fantastic, very clean, very comfy and big bed, excellent view and the staff were very helpful.

Can't really think of anything that I didn't like. The only small thing is that it isn't exactly in the centre but it didn't matter because it's well connected in terms of transportation so it didn't really make a difference for us
