Чудове розташування, апартаменти зручні та чисті. Зручні кроваті. Тихий та спокійний район. Гарний вид на вулкан. Для недового перебування прекрасний вибір.До супермаркета 10-12 хвилин пішки.рядом парк, ресторани, кафе.

Санвузол на другому поверсі і це було трохи не звично, але не критично.

The room was great. It had microwave, TV’s and cool lamps. It had second floor. The bathroom was clean and good. The TV’s have many channels and it’s only for hotels Sky edition (Italian TV operator) operated. Cool room with air conditioner. The staff was good. They told us everything about the room and other things. They scanned our documents and send you everything by email. Even it had transport from the Airport! Easy and comfortable.

It was modern and had the facilities we needed

It wasn’t very spacious, location wasn’t the best, very hot in the kitchen area, tv was difficult to work, the neighbours within the building were very grumpy, the elevator was very old/tiny. When people didn’t close the elevator door properly, nobody could use it which was very frustrating. There was only one bathroom upstairs (none downstairs) and it was tiny, the shower was tiny and the shower head didn’t stay upright so we had to hold it.

Check-in went well, we were informed in advance, communication was very smooth and the hosts were very responsive. The contract signature upon arrival was a bit unexpected plus there is a list of costs in case you damage something; which is fine but since no one did the check-out with us in person, we were not sure if we would get charged later. Overall the company is well managed, we received a lot of tips and info. My only small note would be the kitchen - there were no cutting boards and no proper knives to cut bread or anything else. The apartments are not well suited for cooking. Also the trash/recycling is quite complex which is great for the environment but all of the descriptions were in italian only - here I would suggest providing an english translation as well, we were not sure if we separate all correctly.

Nice small room on two levels, with a small toilet on the upper level. The personnel was kind. Close to via Etnea.

We found an insect dead on the water bottle, which was not so nice to see; anyway, the personnel replaced the bottle. No hooks to hang up our jackets at the entry (we were told to put them in the wardrobe in the upper floor). Breakfast was just a coffe powder (not by Illy as the box) and the coffee from the coffee machine had a terrible taste. The neighbours made some big noise from midnight till 2am, but we did not complain (too tired :), but paradoxically they rang us with lights off in the corridors at 6am to complain about some noise from the walking on stairs of our young children sleeping in the upper floor when we were about to leave the room.

The accomodation was very cozy, clean and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed the stay there. Anytime again :)

We didn't sleep in this place at all, the noise was terrible. The sink was blocked and everything was dated and not welcoming. It was far away to the city centre and it felt so dangerous to walk back to this place in the evening.
