This is really a good find. You can book a place that looks good on the web, but won’t know what you’re getting until you get to the place in person. This place is better in reality than the review score it has. It’s in the middle of the market, but yet not very noisy. The staff are just awesome.

Hot water can be difficult to start, the staff will immediately get on it to help you. It’s hot in Haridwar anyway, and it won’t hurt you to shower with room temperature water which is lukewarm.

Rooms were clean and neat

Right at the market, getting a cycle rickshaw was not easy. Long walk.

Best in haridwar. Walking from mansa devi and har ki pauri. Food is fabulous. Staff is generous.

Person at reception was not helpful, rather the gentleman sounded very rude. They even did not share location on WA when I asked for it to reach the hotel. It took more time for check-in.

Location is very bad as the roads were full of dirt of sewage lines which were being cleaned by other shops, plus hot water facility is not available in the washroom ...staff was not at all friendly.. they wull advise you where you gave to spend too much for near by things.....and when asked for breakfast we were told that the buffet was not available and everything need to be purchased by restaurant which was highly priced and for that first you need to pay extra. Also... my recommendation would be not to book through booking.com as they do not give the exact amount and the amount shown is without tax. When all other webistes provide you the amount with tax, here it does not shows so.

Bedsheets were not clean, It was like a cheap guest house, maybe expired linen were used
