Always the general experience in this hotel chain is nice. There could be some small things that you are not 100% satisfied, but I'd rather choose this hotel than other brands of hotel.

It would have been nicer if there were enough space in parking lot. There wasn't unfortunately, so we should park our car a bit away from the hotel and walk all the way through the street which is full of nightlife. If you have kids, this might not be pleasant experience.

The man at the front desk was rude when asking for my British passport. But the hotel room was quite good overall.

Room gown was very comfortable, clean sheets, bathroom, my stay was too short

Location was a bit strange, the back part of the hotel had many motels. Extra pay for the parking was not necessary.

Breakfast was good. The view was great. The bed was super comfortable.

The room was worn out. Stains on the white wall, damaged lamp (which is the main decoration), bathroom door was cracked on the bottom, sofa has to be cleaned. We complained but nothing was offered for us except for the room with the view to the building, of course we rejected, it was fully booked. But I think the high class hotel like Shilla could at least offer us a free meal or something else to make us less disappointed :( When you pay 200,000 won per 2 nights you expect to be at least satisfied.

The staff is not friendly, the cleanliness is poor, the breakfast is not good

The bed and the sheets were amazing. The bathroom was sparkling clean.

I most pay to use the hotel car parking. Old furniture in the room. Cleaning service was not good ( removing the towels and slippers without replacement in second day of my stay)
