Elisa was an amazing host, she was so helpful booking a boat trip for us and recommended an amazing restaurant. The room was exactly what we needed very clean and perfect location. The breakfast was amazing, a large selection of sweet and salty options.

The staff was so friendly and we had the best breakfast in Sardinia.. made with love. The location is close to the Harbour and beach.

room service - somehow weird, out of nothing someone opened our room, every day, after very short knocking and without any explanation. Bit uncomfortable, but overal not a big deal :-)

Nice B&B only a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and staff were very friendly.

Room was smaller than we thought and our balcony was looking onto an unfinished house which wasn’t the best view.

Great location, nice beach and restaurants easily reached on foot in five minutes. Good breakfast, both sweet and savoury with a selection of local sweets and sandwiches, fresh fruits, yoghurt and coffee/cappuccino/tea. Supermarket one minute away on foot. Beach umbrellas and shared aire available. Kettle/microwave and a selections of teas/coffes available in shared space outside the rooms. Thanks to owner Elisa and all team, everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Location is perfect, very close to local shops and walking distance from the main beautiful beachs of santa maria and tancau Girls who did the check in and served breakfast were kind, polite and welcoming. Good breakfast. Room and bathroom immaculately clean.

Parking is difficult on a sloping road. We have a large 4X4. Required multiple manouvers. Room 5 doesn't have a balcony , difficult to create ventilation with 2 windows looking at a small side road. We had to use the air condition all night, felt claustrophobic since we were 3 guests. Minimal space and facilities to hang wet swimming costumes and towels.

For the money, was really just ok particularly when compared with other similarly priced b&b’s we stayed on in Sardinia. Owner was frankly rude and confrontational regarding a misunderstanding regarding payment (I had pre-paid in full and showed receipts, but she had an issue with third party website). Didn’t bother to apologize, a bit unprofessional.

The breakfast was ok, mostly sweet breakfast. Close to the stone beach.

The room for 3 person was small. The terrible noise from the street during the day and night. The room was without balcony. Unfortunately we could not find a pilot for air condition either the air condition machine so the night was very hot :( There were small candles but there were no lighters available.

Very kind staff!! Very clean room and nicely decorated! Nice breakfast but served on the table, you don't get to choose what you want! Kind staff and the apartment is very close to the beach and restaurants! Visit also restaurants pizzeria tancau because it has great food and don't miss the cruise in Costa di baunei with fuorirotta charter cruises ( amazing tour, delicious an a lot of food and kind staff)!!

This location is everything you can want! Amazing breakfast (the best), the staff is the most helping, the room is extremely clean, the location is good (there is traffic during the day, it beeing at the street). Super!

We loved the cute, shadowy terrace with the comfy lounge furniture, cute room, comfortable bed, the bathroom with window & our balcony. A highlight was the breakfast: there was even a glutenfree option, muesli, bread, ham, eggs, etc. - and do try the nut-nougat-creme, it was amazing (rich taste of nuts & chocolate with little bits of biscotti for the crunch - mmmh!) and you have breakfast on the terrace which is also very nice! Good location with the supermarket&pharmacy next door, short walk to the beach & the restaurants!

You can hear the street and the church bells very well - but it didn‘t bother our sleep :). Light sleepers might want to ask for a room away from the street.
