A good-sized room with a lovely view of sun-lit hills behind the town. Our bikes were secured in the garage behind/below the hotel and staff were careful about opening and closing the doors remotely. Staff were very friendly and helpful - we landed on the day of the town party and they pointed us to all the activities going on. Breakfast was good with lots of choice
The hotel and room decor looks a bit dated but, in fact, is very well maintained. Against that the room was spacious and well presented. That for me is much more important than style of decoration. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre but that had the advantage of being quieter during the town party!

Located just a few hundred yards off the Camino, receptionist provided a great welcome and arranged for us to get the room early as he knew we were exhausted after six hours walking. God sized room and very comfortable.

Most of the staff were attentive and cheerful, breakfast was okay and location good access for the town and river walks.
Our room was over the dining area and next to the road which is busy. Traffic noise is very loud unless windows are closed but then too hot. The staff cleaning the dining room in the early hours were very noisy too scraping chairs over the floor. Wifi did not reach our room. Fitting a small air conditioning unit in tge road-side rooms and putting foam or felt pads on the dining chair legs would help - hotel and staff otherwise great but too noisy too noisy to sleep in our room.

The manager was outstanding!! When we arrived late he made us a tortilla. The room was clean and quiet even with the windows open. The breakfast buffet was amazing. On the Camino, highly reccomend it for a stay over!!
