In Jericoacoara you cannot find something you don't like.

nothing really. only the location and the breakfast (wasn’t there)

the owner was constantly trying to sell you overpriced tours and taxis.

The room was very clean. The one cleaning lady is very sweet.

The staff was no where to be found the entire 5 days I was there. And when I did find and ask questions they looked at me like I was crazy or they were not helpful at all. I was traveling alone and expected to be converse with the staff and asks questions about the town, etc, as they are locals but there was none of that. I got the stomach flu the last day and asked to stay 1.5 hours past my check out to wait for my ride and they did not allow me. The owner did not (to this day) respond to my plea and the one staff member I actually could find denied me. And I was the sickest Ive ever been from contaminated water. Also THE BREAKFAST IS IN ANOTHER POUSADA. You have to walk (not far) but it was always at capacity because of COVID so I didnt eat breakfast ONCE of the 5 days I was there. Although its in an ok location, spend your money on a pousada one street over in the heart of Jeri - same amount of money, probably nicer more attentive staff and the breakfast is most likely in the same place as the pousada.

I had an unexpected delay arriving and the owner kindly made a video and showed me how to access the property etc. Very good and efficient service, greatly appreciated after a long days travelling! Thank you
