Liked the set up both living and bathroom were spacious. Loved waking up to birdsong, beautiful garden setting.

Judy is helpful, warm and welcoming yet not intrusive at all. I felt like she went out of her way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Fresh artisan bread, eggs, milk, juice, fruit, cereal, yoghurt. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and Lindor chocolate 😍 If I need to stay in the area again this is my first choice. Thank you Judy

Certainly its location, just a 5 mins drive to the town centre and all the cafes/restaurants. The host is friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoy the many breakfast (included) options on offer and there is a microwave oven too.

Very enjoyable property with a generous sized ensuite bathroom, attractive private courtyard and breakfast provisions that exceeded my expectations. It’s in a peaceful setting, within easy reach of the centre of Torquay and its many beaches. Judy, who runs the B&B, was friendly and accommodating. Excellent for a solo traveller.

The room was lovely and big with plenty of room for separate areas e.g. bedroom, sitting, eating. The bathroom is huge and full of beautiful sunlight.

The rural property just a short drive from the town centre was perfect for us as we were needing some relaxation. Judy our host had left everything we needed & more, the accommodation was comfortable with a beautiful bathroom & a private courtyard where we could have our coffee. If we’re in this part of the world again it would be our first preference for accommodation. Many thanks Judy.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like although we thought it would be helpful if the kitchen could be bigger. it’s not always possible to change what you already have though.

A beautiful, peaceful property just a short drive (about 8 mins) from the middle of Torquay. The room is spacious and comfortable and the courtyard is a relaxing delight. The host provided lovely breakfast foods and there was a fridge and microwave for arranging basic meals if desired. Everything was lovely - nice linens, toiletries, tourism information, chocolates and fresh flowers and bread on arrival. I cannot say enough about this place - it was perfect :-)

Judy is an amazing host, great detail put into everything around this place. large spacious bathroom, comfy bed, wide range of breakfast options. This place is peaceful, good for a calm relaxing break, & not far from main city. Top notch hospitality

We absolutely loved our stay. Judy our host was lovely making sure we had everything we needed. Dropping off some breakfast supplies in addition to the breakfast already provided. The accommodation is attached to the house but we had our own space and private courtyard. Very quiet as the house is away from the road. Would definitely stay there again!!

Easy access to Torquay and nearby towns. Immaculately clean. We prefer to eat out but enjoyed the fruit and fresh bread each day. Loved the fresh flowers and nice body wash. Would definitely go back.

It was in a quiet area we felt away from it all but close enough that you could pop into town easily. For us being close to nature is great we had a possum visit us there was mozzy’s but they were easily sorted Bed room we had was big and plenty of room the bathroom was heavenly The breakfast food was simple but yummy

If you don’t particularly like ants and bugs hanging around then you might not like it but for us it wasn’t much of a bother.

Great place to stay for our first great ocean road trip, place felt real home-y and judy made us feel so welcomed. Tucked away from the hussle and bustle yet so close to the town centre.
