The resort benefits from a great outdoor space with pretty well taken care garden space and lovely, spacious infinity pool . Also, the rooms are quite spacious and pleaseant despite being outdated . But the Best of the Best was the Italian restaurant next door called Jonny's pizza. An absolute restaurant gem where you can savour high quality Italian food !!!

The breakfast is a complete DISASTER . I am genuinely shocked that I could not see enough comments about it because I would have cancelled my booking. First of all, the food was always completely cold , no matter the time we came in , we could never find a fried egg warm. This is unacceptable , this is because the owner does not invest in any hot buffet equipment that could hold the heat . Second , breakfast is never ready on time. We used to come for opening 7AM, which is supposed to be the time when the breakfast is opened. THEREFORE full and ready for guests to enjoy. Forget about it , the buffet was half empty, by 7:40am , nothing was ready . But do not expect the buffet to be replenished towards the end of the breakfast as well, we came at 9:40 , it was all empty , and the staff did not seem to be particularly bothered about this . Lastly, I would like to point out that the gentleman taking care of the breakfast was disgraceful, unprofessional, and with a very low sense of urgency. The way he addressed things to me when I asked for a fried egg to be reheated unacceptable . I asked the receptionist that I wanted to talk to the manager about this, and I have never heard anything back. Again, unprofessional. I myself work in hospitality in a senior position, and I would always consider twice before putting a negative comment as I can empathise and understand the situation. But the ones above are not tolerable in a guest perspective. Do not take your guests for granted , things can change quickly . I will not come back or recommend this property from my side .

Hotel situé à une dizaine de minutes en scooter du centre ville, véhicule obligatoire. Ensemble de grands bungalows avec terrasse très beaux réunis autour d'une belle piscine dans un jardin bien entretenu. Clim, télé et wifi fonctionnent parfaitement. Personnel adorable, toujours souriant et serviable. Petit déjeuner très complet qui satisfera tout le monde. Eloigné de l'agitation de la ville la plus grosse nuisance viendra éventuellement des autres occupants de l'hôtel souvent de la même nationalité, j'me comprends !! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Palm Kiri et nous y reviendrons certainement si nous revenons à Krabi.

Situé près d'une route assez passante le bruit de la circulation nous a d'abord gêné mais à l'intérieur seuls les scooters très bruyants se font entendre. Par contre le restaurant ouvert plutôt de style cantine situé le long de la route gâche un peu le plaisir du petit dèj, heureusement la qualité ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel nous l'a fait oublier.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and very nice villas. Peaceful nature. Excellent conditions in the room. You need a car/motorbike to go in Krabi center or Ao Nang beach, you can't really walk to anywhere.

Super schoon! Scooterhuur en was service kon bij de receptie worden geregeld. Grote bungalow op een prachtig groen park net buiten de drukte. Wij zijn hier tot rust gekomen. Heerlijk!

Betten sehr hart. Keine Topper verfügbar, Hotel wollte Abhilfe schaffen- war nicht ausreichend. Frühstück und Kaffee nicht besonders, leider auch hier kein frischer Fruchtsaft sondern nur aus der Tüte .zimmer wurde am vorletzten Tag nicht gereinigt.

Really good room, great value for money. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Pool area was stunning. Super quiet but great location to get into town- you will need a car/bike though

Breakfast - stated as a full buffet (a very important consideration for us during booking). But due to Monday morning and low occupancy - turn out to be an a la carte 1 selection only. That too, nobody to take orders or prepare until we have to go over to the reception counter twice and demand some assistance. Total letdown. If we know, as no breakfast for low occupancy and deducted the price accordingly, we would have gone out to have our breakfast properly. We can understand low occupancy and not being able to provide a full buffet but must keep customers informed ahead of time and give options to the guest to decide. Is this too much to ask? The bed was hard and not comfortable. No English channel in TV selection. The location is totally out of reach. Not sure how people would want to consider coming back to this place in the future - sure I'm not coming again .....

The staff was very nice and helpful. They even offered me a free shuttle to the beach or a member of the staff to take me there on his bike. Also the bungalow itself was very nice, with a big and comfy bed. And a nice shower.

The only thing that bothered me was the location. It's pretty far from the beach or the city center. But if you have a bike it isn't really a problem. Or they even have a free shuttle service to the beach. You just have to get back on your own. The staff is also very helpful and can probably call a taxi for you, since Grab or Bolt don't work there.. but that's gonna cost you extra...

Service is very friendly and very good, the hotel is in a good location not far from aonang beach and facilities, perfect for families and also alone the swimming pool is lovely 😊

Very pleasant, nice bungalows in a beautiful garden, lovely pool, very friendly staff, highly recommended. Best to rent a motorbike at reception.

Nearby restaurants all not very nice except for Italian one directly next door, best to get a scooter and all is fine.

It is a bit far so you have to rent a bike or car. However, they provide a free shuttle to Ao Nang, which helps a lot.
