Beautiful hotel and amazing staff

Located in old Jaffa, probably the most charming areas of Tel Aviv, stands this stunning, preserved ottoman property. Staff was friendly and cordial all the time making sure I was feeling at comfort during my whole stay. The views from the balcony and pool are unmatched! Great vibes

I loved the location so near to Jaffa; the staff were excellent, they couldn't do enough for us.

The bathrooms are too small

The breakfast was amazing I like the way they serve for the people. The food was set up in a really high quality. If I have to superficial member from the hotel I have to say Maya was amazing she answered all my questions her behave to me and to my family were special. Thank you

The Setai Tel Aviv is a very exceptional and special place, both from the viewpoint of its unspeakable location and service. It’s housed in an antique building in the very heart of Yafo opposite the Clock Tower and overlooking the Mediterranean and the sidewalk of Tel Aviv. The interior design is very atmospheric. The high level of the hotel’s service makes a perfect finishing to the impression of the place: all areas of the hotel are clean, the room was clean and well equipped and supplied with everything one would need for a comfortable stay, including complimentary drinks, bathroom robes, slippers, coffee maker, kettle etc. The restaurant food is diverse based on national cuisine. The stuff and waiters were helpful, friendly, welcoming and always available. The duty manager Gustavo Scuppa is a very professional pleasant and positive person. We want to thank the staff for making our weekend unforgettable.

Perfect location. Fabulous breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Good roof top swimming pool with wonderful views which was very well looked after by a male member of staff.

The servicing of the room was not always to the same high standard as one would expect. Replacing bath towels and toiletries was an issue.
