It was all dirty, no clean sheets, no clean towels

For the amount you pay, it’s definitely a great option for anyone looking for a stay near the airport. The whole house has a nice antique feel to it and air conditioning in summer was a big relief. Everything is provided in the room and kitchen is available to use too. We unfortunately missed out on breakfast option due to early morning flight otherwise the owners were friendly, nice too and picked us up for free from the train station and dropped too airport for a small fee. Not that far from Venice old town.

no fresh bedding on the duvet, no basic hygiene rules, In fact, it is not known how many people slept in the same sheets. We searched for something just to stay over nights, cause wanted to enjoy time in the area, but this was really below standard. No lockers in the room or toilet.

The staff very respectful, helpful and friendly. I appreciate to meet them and I hope to comeback in future. I got my second family.

The problems were: 1 - It is not clear that it is a flat share. The owners are living their lives and they are not adjusting it for the guests (e.g. loud TV in the evening, owners always in the living room) 2 - It is said that the house is 110 m2 but this is the size of the whole house, including the owners' rooms (theirs and their son's). The fact that the owners live there do not really allow you to use the house. 3 - The bed consists of an uncomfortable mattress put on wooden palets 4 - There is a private shower but the toilets are shared 5 - The private shower cannot be locked 6 - The bedroom cannot be locked 7 - The toilets cannot be locked 8 - There is no air conditioning in the room (only in the corridor). When it is 29°C during the night, if you want some fresh air, you need to keep you door wide open. 9 - There is no private parking: it is at most a slightly secured parking. Indeed, it is only a place in front of the house with a barrier for all houses. Note: I contacted the property to specifically confirm that there is a secured parking (i.e. box) and the owner confirmed that "yes, it is secured with a key". They actually have a box, which is used as a storage facility. 10 - The place is honestly dirty: the owners are living there, and there are items everywhere. 12 - The description mentions that "At the villa guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub": there are no tubs in the place.
