location and renovated room

wifi was terrible

We have 4 children. We enjoyed the comfort of having parking on the property, with a good size pool (and baby pool too), the beach being a very short walk, a restaurant and mini market that had everything we needed on site. The lady at the market was so nice, accommodating and warm. We liked visiting her everyday as we bought a few floaties, toiletry items and endless popsicles. The 2 bedroom we had was pretty outdated but everything was comfortable. Cant beat the location.

-When we booked the room, we requested to check-in at 1100. When we arrived at 1100, the room cleaning has not started yet. The reception person was very accommodating however and helped us get changed so we could be at the pool/beach while waiting. -The room did not have soap or shampoo. Luckily that was something the mini-market sold them -No pool/beach towels and the market did not sell these. It's hard to bring these during air travel. -The wifi password stopped working on our last day there. The office was not open until a certain times so we didnt get it fixed until 1700.

Good apartment in a great location. Quieter than expected.

Would benefit from checking utensils, glasses, condition of fridge etc in the kitchen. Aircon in the bedrooms would be great.

The apartment was very big, clean, with nice view. Girls at the reception are super kind, ready to help and give lots of info. The building is 2 min from the beautiful beach. The swimming pool is amazing. The place is quite, downstair by the pool there is a restaurant and a small shop, very handy. There is a washing machine.

In the kitchen they could have a little bit more tools like pans, big cups and a sharp knife.

Wonderfully helpful staff. Great apartment. Very close proximity to ATM, beach, pool, shops, restaurants and testing facility.

The whole place and staff were fantastic. Will definitely be back again!

Loved how spacious the apartment was, very clean, great location to beach, fab pool area, good value for money. Close proximity to the mini supermarkets, ATM, and bus stop going to Mahon and Cuitadella.

There wasn't anything bad about this place. We loved it.

Closeness to the beach. Central location on the island. Quietness during off peak season.

We had check out at 12-00 according to contract with Booking.com, personal ask us to leave 10-00, of course it is better as 07-00 AM, but we had other plans, we did not expect that personal move us out in 10-00 Am !!!!! next customer maybe they will move out at 07-00 AM :) --- >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> WARNING !!!! ------------ >>>>>>>>>>> this is total not acceptable
