Hôtel posé sur la plage, proche de la ville. Chambres calmes, personnel agréable et disponible.

Tarifs du bar et du restaurant un peu élevés. VMC bruyante dans la chambre.

Lokalizacja dobra, trzeba jednak liczyć się z korkami w trakcie wjazdu do Split (niezależnie od pory). Śniadanie super, przyjazna obsługa, czysto i cicho. Pobyt odbywał się jednak poza szczytem sezonu i natężenie turystów nie było duże.

Unutarnji bazen je naveden cijelu godinu u sadrzaju hotela, jedan od razloga bukiranja u trecem mjesecu je isti taj bazen, bilo bi dobro da kraj njega stoji velika napomena da ne radi dok nije sezona, odnosno da nije grijani i da nije napunjen.

Nothing, horrible place with intense smell of mould. Very bad and it is obviously can’t be rated as 4 stars. Strong moulds smell in apartment and inside the building.

It was so bad that it is awful that such place is for rent and I paid over 200 euro for 1 night. Breakfast was very bad as well, poor selection and not fresh. I would not recommend it for anybody.

The location was good

The hotel was dirty, the AC sounds like a electrical turbine. Breakfast is very average and the same everyday .the dishes( plates, glasses…) toi used and looks dirty The staff need training on smiling and a long course on Customer service including the owner who is rude and impolite with kids! They make you feel they are doing you a favor while in reality, customers are paying their salary. I do not know where they get a 4 star rating, it should not be more than 2. I rarely review my stays unless is either very good or horrible and this one falls under the latter.

Staff at the front desk were nice and friendly, the beach out the front is perfect and great place to spend time.

The hotel itself is run down and in poor condition, appliances not working, cracked and lifting floorboards in the hotel room that are dangerous and have been attempted to be hidden by a rug. Definitely not the standard expected for the money paid.

Very calm and nice area. It is a suburb of Split. You need 25min by car to get to Split including traffic from Podstrana to Split. Perfect for relaxing. Nice beach and restaurants in the area. We loved the view from our room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The room was big. The terrasse in our room was perfect.

Mattresses were too soft and not comfortable enough for me. Carpet was not vaccumed. It could use more housekeeping.

Unfortunately because of the awful experience there is no positive thing to share about this hotel. Please be careful and read the description line by line. They do not explain what they are selling in a clear way, This hotel has 3 different buildings, only the main building id reasonable (not good) reasonable.

The hotel description on booking does not correspond on what we booked. When we booked the room the hotel shows pictures of the main building called San Antonio only by the end of the confirmation e-mail there was a sentence saying that the room that I have booked was NOT in the main building but 50m away (I believe the distance is even higher), of course I didn't realized it on time (it was not highlighted). The building that they put my family was in front of the road (the building had a different name - was not called San Antonio) , and the balcony view was for an abandoned field full of trash. The reception attendance was not trained enough to deal with the situation, they agreed with me that the description is not clear enough, and even though they understand there is a mistake they did nothing to help us. Awful experience, awful service.

The hotel is in terrible condition. I paid 720 euros for a 3 day stay. My reservation was made for the San Antonio hotel and when I arrived, they told me my room was located in a new anexo 200 meters from the hotel. The “new anexo” is actually located IN front of a very dangerous road, a dark ugly place. I have a son and I felt insecure to let him go alone to the room. When I complained, I found out that owner is a misogynist. He said he would not talk to me, only to my husband. The thing is: my husband could not come because he is working. So I came with my son and, my sister’s family and a group of friends. I replied to the owner that I actually was there alone. His answer was: “well, the kid must have a father even if you don’t know who he is” 😮😮😵😵🤮🤮. I can’t say enough for to convince you never to book this place. The people there are dishonest. You will never be in peace when making business with that kind of people. THANK GOD I CALLED BOOKING.COM AND FOUND AN ANGEL (GABRIELA, her nick name is GAB) WHO HELPED ME AND CANCELLED MY RESERVATION. The hotel refused to give me my money back. BUT BECAUSE OF GAB, I WAS ABLE TO CANCEL BOOKING REFUNDED ME AND I COULD MAKE RESERVATIONS AT ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL HOTEL NEARBY. Thanks a lot, GAB! Because of you I will keep a loyal customer of Booking.com.

The view was stunning

the location - the location was strategically in a good location, but hard to find the entrance when driving with a car and arriving late at night the beach - the beach was very nice, nice views and enjoyed the beach chairs the view from the hotel room - what we paid for and what we got, amazing the jacuzzi - it was big enough to fit 2 people comfortably

breakfast - half of the options were cereal and there wasn't lactose free milk option and when asked the staff about it, the tallest man (breakfast service staff) was extremely rude (had to go to the store and buy my own milk lol 4* hotel) gym - couldn't use the gym, because it was undergoing a renovation renovations and overall look of the place - the place is definitely worn down and needs and is undergoing renovations, due to which some places are not accessible and doesn't look inviting no amenities - only thing that was in the amenities was a soap bar haha again nice for a 4* hotel broken items in the room - curtains, refrigerator (this was replaced tho during our stay) and bathroom mirrors and windows
