Sehr gute Unterkunft in einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, grosse Zimmer, freundliches Personal.

Breakfast was very complete, anything you can think of was there. Room was very good and bed was OK, matras was a little soft.

Matras of bed was a little soft. Breakfast started at 7:30 hr., but lady in charge making omelets was not available at this time yet. Also we missed likea watercocker in the room.

Muy mala.insonorizacion de la habitación. Olor ambientador de pasillos y lobby muy intenso por la tarde y ppr la mañana huele mucho a cocina. Luces de la habitación o muy frías o demasiado oscuras. El hotel está en segunda lines de playa, no en primera. Las fotos llevan a engaño pues las vistas no son las que son en realidad.

Staff was amazing and always super friendly! Good variety in breakfast but not such good quality. Loved the pool and the gym. And the location is perfect as well! Also the rooms were very clean and super comfy! After all I was very happy in the hotel and enjoyed it a lot!

The family room was tight

Easy to locate on a motorcycle and excellant parking. A little out of season so some local restaurants closed in late May. However still found one on the beach. Hotel a great place to stop over. We spent two nights on our tour and would come back for a beach holiday. A little off the beaten track for a Brit tourista so good news!!

The friendly staff, breakfast buffet was extensive and good, well equipped gym, location near the beach, relaxed swimming pool area, comfortable beds.

The bathroom & wardrobe could use a refresh and the rooms are quite noisy. You can clearly hear your neighbours talking.

Easy to find. All staff were polite and most were friendly. Very good size clean rooms with a separate lounge, large marble tiled bathroom and a big comfortable bed. Large buffet breakfast selection. This hotel at an earlier time would have been quite grand but is now a little tired and does not live up to it's potential.

Not what I expect from a 4 star hotel. No coffee/tea making facility in the room. No tissues in the bathroom. I doubt the net curtains have ever been washed and had clearly visible stains in both the lounge & bedroom. There was a retro fitted flat screen TV in the bedroom installed in a corner without using a level, wire dangling and not with a swivel bracket so only one person would be able to watch it. €6 per day open air parking charge, I parked easily outside but high season would be difficult no doubt. I was pleased I had only booked one night.

This was our second time staying at an Elba hotel with our family. It’s probably the best Spanish hotel experience you can enjoy with your family if you like the combination of great beds, a good breakfast, indoor swimming pool and super nice staff!

Close to beach. Patricia (the housekeeper) was the only cheerful person in the hotel.

The view in front of our room are rows of garages. For 4 days, our room was stinking of sewerage! The position of shower head is wrong so it is always flooding with water when you shower! For 7 days stay, only 2 nights that the food was okey. On New Year’s Eve, my steak was overcooked (turned rubber) while my husband was overly undercooked oozing with blood (yak). Breakfast food always swimming with oil!

Great buffet breakfast. Staff at reception and in restaurant always helpful. Quiet location, but we stayed over Christmas and New Year, so not sure what it would be like in high season. Near to sea front with pleasant walks to bars/ restaurants. This hotel is not in town and we chose it for that reason. We were at the rear of the hotel overlooking the mountains, which we preferred to the front sea view. In the hotter weather staying at the rear of the hotel is cooler but you don't get sun on your balcony.

For a 4 star business hotel the WiFi was poor (we fed that back). It wouldn't be possible to stream a meeting or film, and our data connection was only just picking up 4g. The swimming pool opening times were after breakfast (10 am) and closed at 9 pm. We would have liked it to be open 7am to 10pm as we were out with family during the day. We had problems with the room entry system and had to get our key cards re programmed every few days. I saw other people and staff have issues and it probably needs updating (again fed back but it was the one thing the staff did not really acknowledge to my satisfaction - and, no, we didn't have them next to our phones or any other source that could interfere with them).

The hotel was nice enough, and had really nice big fluffy towels. Breakfast had quite a good choice.

I contacted the hotel a month before we arrived asking if if there was anything special happening for New Year’s Eve, and they said there was a party for 130 euros each and sent the menu. We decided not to attend as we have a 4 year old, and thought nothing of it. On New Year’s Eve we couldn’t order any food from the bar, or even any drinks, and we had to go and sit up in our room. Baring in mind nowhere else was open, takeaways/shops/anything. So we were stuck without the ability to get food or drinks - and at no point did any staff members tell us before we arrived or on check in. Awful communication and service! Also, the indoor pool area and jacuzzi is freezing!

Everything was really great, A great 4 star hotel for a good price off-season. We've chosen for a one-night stay during the roadtrip along Spanish coast with no expectations, but it has been a truly great experience due to several reasons. - Helpful reception and bar (to accommodate some of the request for food for the kid) - Comfortable and nice rooms as you'd expect in a good hotel - Nice view over the mountains (or sea) from the balcony - The BEST breakfast ever!!! I mean it. With pancakes and omelets made on your request, to lots of choice of meat/sausages and grilled vegetables. Just wow! And churros + hot chocolate too. - A great plus was the location, just next to the beach where you could meet the sunrise - Also there's a beach restaurant/bar in front which was open from 12.30 and you could just sit and enjoy there the sun and a drink - Only 10min drive to Salobrena which is gorgeous

Absolutely nothing

The hotel is a beautiful hotel in a good location. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The view from the balcony was lovely and we could see the sea. Breakfast in the morning was extremely good with plenty of variety.

We arrived and had originally booked for half board, We were told that as it was Christmas we had no access to the buffet in the restaurant as there were private noisy parties all weekend. We were told to use the small restaurant in the bar and shown a limited 3 course menu. The service in the restaurant was not good and food was cold and tasteless. When booking we had expected a large buffet for both breakfast and our evening meal. We complained and the reception staff were helpful. They changed our second night to bed and breakfast only and refunded the difference. We ate in the restaurant across the road, which served lovely food, but of course a lot more expensive. The swimming area is smaller than I expected, but usable. If the hotel had informed us in advance that the buffet area was closed we would have cancelled our booking. The party on the second night finished at 5.30am and the people leaving woke us up as they were extremely noisy outside the hotel as they were leaving. Our room was directly above.

This hotel has also fitness, which we used every day. Breakfasts are fantastic. Buffet dinner was also great.
