Krásné umístění penzionu, velmi milý personál, skvělá kuchyně, prostorné pokoje s vybavením.

Ein sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Das Angebot ändert sich leicht von Tag zu Tag, sodass man sich immer Neues zusammenstellen kann. Ebenso ist es, wenn man Halbpension bucht, beim Abendessen: man hat immer eine neue Auswahl. Die Qualität des Essens ist hervorragend. Lage und Ausblick sind außergewöhnlich. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr modern, alles ist sauber, gepflegt und ordentlich. Check-In und Check-Out verlaufen reibungslos. Bester Ausgangspunkt für einen außergewöhnlichen Urlaub im Riesengebirge.

Snídane velmi dobrá, rozsáhlá a široká nabídka potravin
V popisu ubytování mohla být informace, že čtyřlůžkový pokoj se skládá z "podkrovní" části pokoje. Zde pak nebyly plnohodnotné postele, ale pouze matrace.

Sehr komfortable Unterkunft, geräumige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und Aussicht. Das Restaurant ist eine Freude. Die Essensauswahl zum Frühstück ist riesig und professionell angerichtet. Zusätzlich hat man über die Panoramafenster besten Blick auf die Natur. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

jedzenie w pensjonacie przepyszne, śniadanie w formie bufetu, wege i nie tylko, dla każdego coś się znajdzie, piękne widoki z okien (same góry!), lokalizacja blisko stoku i skibusa, od centrum trochę dalej (około 1,2 km), czysto i przytulnie, miłe spa wellness :)
chyba jedynym minusem było to, że między 15 a 16:30 jednego dnia nie było ciepłej wody, a przez chwilę nie było jej wgl, a po nartach jednak człowiek myśli tylko o tym, żeby się odświeżyć i zaraz potem coś zjeść

I liked the view and the almost remote location, we could have breakfast and watch the great landscape scenery, variety of breakfast options, room big enough with terrace
The front desk opens on call, so I had to wait for someone outside to open the door. It's locked.

The pension is great property on a beautiful place, large comfortable rooms with great views, The personnel was very nice and accomodating..
just would have been nice to be considered when you use wellness, as a single traveler and not have to pay for 2. Also would be great to have a normal coffee and not just from the machine at the breakfast. Also a possibility to make a coffee or tea in the room would be great.

Really everything was perfect for us here. Reception was very friendly and helpful, the room was great, with our own terrace-with-a-view, and the location is top as well. In the beautiful mountain region, with lots of hiking trails around, but not in the very busy and touristic main village. A real recommendable place!
