The family owners were exceptional, so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again,!!!

Very friendly family hotel with many spa facilities. Food was very good and plentiful. Vegetarian & GF needs were catered for with ease. Rooms very spacious with great views of the mountains.

A very small point but the bar area is very small and feels like an extension to the hotel entrance / lobby. No evening entertainment.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful. The location is a 5 minutes walk from the center and the ski lift.

The room that promoted and pictured, was modern and looked very comfortable. We got a very different rooms, more traditional type.

We liked the room, it was clean, big, and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding with variety of food. The spa area has several saunas, and you can choose according to your preferences. The dinner was also very tasty with a huge variety of salads in the buffet before you get your starter. Perfect hotel for enjoying the day in the mountains and come back in the afternoon and relax.

We liked most of what we got. Nevertheless, there is some room for improvement in the service during the dinner. The personnel seems to be very busy and it takes a bit until you get some drinks. Anyhow this is compensated by the overall quality of the hotel services.

The hotel is a family business and the ladies are always available to help and checking if everything is ok. The pool and jacuzzi are very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel view is amazing everywhere you can see the Mountains

The room was a bit different than expected, but they showed me the other option with was more modern, but not really different from the other one. The pillows are not so confy and there was no airco
