Le petit déjeuner était extraordinaire, il y en avait pour tous les goûts, avec des produits frais. Le personnel aux petits soins, la literie parfaite! Navette de l’hôtel disponible .
Malheureusement je suis mal tombé pour le spa beaucoup d’enfants qui criaient dans la piscine et qui tentait même de rentrer dans le Hammam et saunas.

We liked our stay right from the beginning: The hotel is wonderful, ideally located not far away from the train station (there‘s even a very convenient hotel shuttle service!) and we had a wonderful room. The staff was great; all very nice and friendly, welcoming and absolutely helpful - at the reception (we got an immediate tour of the accomodation), the restaurant (breakfast & dinner), the shuttle driver, the ladies at the wellness center... Nothing else to wish for ☺️…
Nothing (unfortunately, there are always only some other guests that cannot behave properly - throwing trash into the beautiful nature etc.)…

We loved the resort and would return, plenty of runs and choice of runs , good food on the mountain too
Heating in our hotel room was a little hot and couldn’t be turned down we opened the window all was fine then apart from one night woken by people on the street

Die Concierge - Madame Marianne - hat einen brillianten Job gemacht. Kompetenter und freundlicher und lieber geht nicht. Das findet man sogar selten in Hotels mit 5 Sternen.

my first room was a standard room and was small and quite dark and then I upgraded and was very happy.

There were not enough drivers / cars so we had to wait every evening 45 minutes to get picked up and taken to the hotel from the slopes.

Excellent hotel the staff are just amazing
they really look after you like you are a VIP
the spa is amazing - very relaxing after a long day on the slopes
the shuttle is awesome too they just pick you up wherever you finish skiing and take you back
rooms could be bigger but that's Verbier for you.....
