The location and price were the best. We enjoyed beach and pool. Many seafood restaurants nearby.

They offer good breakfast for reasonable price. Nice view, you can swim in the pool and enjoy ocean views at the same time. Outdoor area is very clean and well managed. Rooms have all basic necessities.

However the beach isn't great, a lot of trash in the water. Beds could be comfier and we struggled with AC. Its overpriced for this quality.

The room was a good size, as was the bathroom. All very clean and a comfortable bed. The views from the upper rooms are great, overlooking the sea and the nice pool. The grounds are well maintained. Only breakfast is served but there is a great choice and it is all good! You can also buy cold, cheap beers throughout the day/evening. It's close to restaurants and shops. The lady owner speaks English and is helpful with advice and onward arrangements.

A bit of a walk to the sandy beaches but fine if you hire a bike/moped.

The room was clean and very nice, even with mosquito nets above the beds. The pool is also cool and there is an option to get breakfast in the morning.

Even if the hotel is at the beachfront, access to the beach is not really nice. There is no sand, but steps made out of stone. During our stay you couldn't enter the sea as the waves were rough due to windy conditions.

They won't clean your room unless you ask. Water doesn't drain very well It's on the waterfront but there's no beach.

I don't know, to be honest, where these good reviews came from... I and husband stayed here for 3 nights after 1 month travelling around Vietnam - it is our second time here so after 2 months in Vietnam we know the price-quality what you get from the hotels. This hotel should cost maximum 10 $ for what it is, not 22 $!!! This is the worst hotels so far for us after 2 months in Vietnam. For that price, there was no breakfast included, nor we had cattle for coffee or tea in the room. So we asked for a cattle, but it turned out, that the electricity breaks every times we were trying to boil water for coffee...The hotel is super old, and it looks like nothing was ever renovated. The people working here are not friendly or helpful, they don't even say Good Morning or Goodbye. For the 3 days they cleaned our room once, AFTER we asked for it - after the "cleaning", they only changed the towels and made the bed. The rooms are absolutely basic and uncomfortable - old amenities, not worth 22$ per night. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable, at least the AC was working and we had warm shower. The pool area is strange - broken sunbeds- you can never relax on something like this! Yes, it is beach front, but there is not a real beach in front that hotel, so you need to rent a scooter if you want to go to a beach. Save your money and book something else! This hotel is not worth 22 $!!!

Relaxed atmosphere. friendly staff. nice to have a balcony view and a lovely pool right bedside beach. We liked it soo much we stayed two nights.

the resort is well located for restaurants and bars. the the staff at the resort are very welcoming and helpful. the bungalow with sea view is large with plenty of space. the breakfast is good with a wide range of options all cooked fresh at a reasonable price.

the beach is heavily eroded much like the rest of the area so sunbathing on the beach is not an option (not the resorts fault). there were only 6 sun beds for the entire resort, none of which had cushions so were quite uncomfortable.

it’s really primitive, I don’t understand all the reviews. there isn’t a proper blanket, the room isn’t cleaned while staying for 2 days. staff is on the other hand really helpful.

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful with everything. The location was very nice laying right on the beach with close access to restaurants and booking services for activities in the area. We strongly recommend it!

The owner was helpful and friendly. The place was near the beach and there's a pool. My friends and I enjoyed our stay.

The location was gorgeous, the pool was super nice and right next to the beach! The breakfast in the morning was delicious amd very cheap, and we could easily do our laundry and rent a motorcycle! Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and comfy! One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to. Bed sheets, towels were snow-white and had nice smell. Staff is helpful and smiley, it was a pleasure to communicate with lady at reception. Location is good, sea and swimming pool , picturesque view. Good choice for breakfast, not pricey.

The exterior is not so appealing as hotels along the beach line. But inside it is comfortable and nice.
