My boyfriend and dear friend stayed the night for a wedding and the space was perfect. It was clean and comfortable with a great location. Check in/out was easy the contact with the host was nice and he even suggested some great places to eat. Would stay again for a quick trip! Thanks!

Easy checkin and out! From start to finish, great experience

It was smaller than what we are used to. Having said that, we were only there a few days, and it was adequate.

The unit had everything you needed. Close to bay for great sunsets, and close to beach. It was clean and enough space for a couple. Would also work for couple and child. Had nice outdoor space.

I absolutely loved this unit.. it was easily located between ocean and the bay with great sunsets! Host was very quick with communications. Place was lovely and clean and the perfect size for me and my dogs. Would certainly recommend to everyone!

We stayed the weekend and really enjoyed this place. Very clean and modern. Had everything we needed. Plus, we were able to bring our dog, and she loved it too!!

The house was perfect for our stay. Clean, easy check in, and enjoyable spring weekend at the beach. Great location with so much around, even a lot of open restaurants in the off season. Recommended to a friend and she already booked her stay in April! Will consider again for a future weekend. Bonus that they are pet friendly!

Was as described and shown in the photos. Cute little one floor, one bedroom unit in a pod of 4 units. Nice neighbors, equal distance to bay or ocean. Stayed with husband and our little dog who loves the beach. Nice surf fishing in October. Only issue was getting the lock open (perhaps a keypad would be easier), and maybe a little welcome note of nearby restaurants and/or activities would have been a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

We are long time LBI vacationers staying in various places with our large friend group of families throughout the island. This year we tried something different and chose a 1 bedroom so that we could take our dog. We even had enough space for my daughter and her boyfriend to crash on the pull out couch. It worked out perfectly! Much more room then a hotel and we bought our Furbo so we could check on him when at the beach. The area is very cute and loved the morning and evening walks down to the bay 1 block away. Walking distance to great breakfast and dinner locations. I would definitely recommend for a small family with a dog.

I stayed in this property for 4 weeks to kickoff the summer and my only regret is that I didn’t stay longer! Everything I needed for some beach vacation time and working from home. Amazing location. I often walked to everything and very rarely used my car while there. Off street parking which was ideal for the busy Fourth of July weekend. Easy access to the bridge which was great for visitors. I had explored other options on the island before booking this location and am so glad I landed on Tristan’s property. I would absolutely recommend and would be very interested in a repeat stay!

This place is perfect if you just need a place to crash for a night or two. The property owner was very helpful with an issue i had. My only complaint was the shower pressure was very weak.

It was the perfect spot for my husband and I and our two small dogs. Super clean, a short walk to the beach and the bay, and also within walking distance to Ron Jon and Wawa. Many restaurants within walking distance as well. Would absolutely stay there again! Super easy because linens and towels are included, way less fo us to pack. Fantastic, upgraded beach bungalow!

Bed was super comfortable and the condo was super close to the beach! The kitchen needed a couple basic prep utensils, but was updated and made it super easy to cook in rather than get take out or dine out!

The property location was great and it was very clean and perfect for 2 people not looking for super fancy or spending too much. The only downside was no closet space however no big deal we made do and I would definitely rent it again.

Great location. Perfect for single person, a couple or a couple with small children. Small space but it had everything you needed TV, good A/C, efficient kitchen.

The walk out condo was perfect for my Mom and sister for their stay on LBI-clean and comfortable! We were out all day and ate our meals out as well so they were happy to come back and have a comfortable place to sleep and relax! Thank you!!

We have been coming to LBI for over 60 years and grew up summers at our house in Brant Beach. Every year, my brother and I visit the island to renew our childhood joyful memories. This rental was perfect for the two of us. It offered location and VALUE. You couldn’t possibly find a motel room comparable to this adorable place. We had an issue with the cable box and our landlord, Tristan, addressed it immediately. He answered phone calls promptly and was the best. We also had our own parking place next to the unit, which is important if you know anything about LBI. We hope to return to this perfect rental next year,

This place was filthy. We didn’t even stay in this place and missed our family vacation because of how disgusting it was. The owner told me the place was “livable” and it’s livable by the bare minimum. The “renovated” bathroom looks like a gas station bathroom with rusty nails sticking out of the window full of dirt and corroded shut (clearly photoshopped in the pictures advertised). Couldn’t even see out of the window because it was so dirty and black. Not suitable for families or anyone for that matter. Sheets appeared to have been slept in, linens and beach towels were used and just thrown in a closet. Not at all bright and clean as pictured. The outside is appalling in itself. The owner was a nightmare and basically robbed us of our money. There was sand and dirt in the freezer and fridge, stains on the couch that looked like blood and the owner told me it was flavored ice stains (and when you’re paying that much money to stay somewhere there should be no stains), stains on the lamp, paneling missing from the ceiling with more exposed rusty nails. They try to cover up the filth by throwing things over it but once you walk in, as we did, you can tell right away it’s dirty and unclean. Do not book it’s a waste of money. This was a terrible experience for my family. This place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. It’s in anyone’s best interest who looks at this place to rent to run far and fast.
