La Stella is an incredible hotel. The location is magnificent. The views are just incredible. The private beach is very pleasant, uncrowded, and peaceful. The staff went above and beyond and the owner is exceptional. The food at the restaurant was the best we have had in Italy! Outstanding all the way around.

Nothing. The rooms are not the reason you go here, but they are clean and functional.

The view and the people, the restaurant which serves great breakfast and dinner and the beach. The hotel maybe a bit dated but the atmosphere is great.

We stayed in a room with sea view which was great. Our children stayed in a normal double room which was maybe a bit small and stuffy. Also therefore it was not possible to stay near each other. So if you can afford it ask for a room with a view!

Beautiful location. Beachside. Nice private beach terrace. Good room with big balcony/terrace.

Hotel restaurant not open and only one open in the town (thankfully very good).

Perfect location close to the beach. Very quiet at night, only the sound of the sea. Breakfast at the terras with frontal sea view! The hotel restaurant is excellent! Try the grilled spigola!

Fantastic position right on the beach with private sun area that has easy access to the beach. Lovely view from our room with patio that was ungraded at no extra cost. Very quiet. Private parking. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Elba is fabulous!

The restaurant menu was a little pretentious with not much choice and was almost all fish dishes. Quite tasty but nothing special. Wine list limited and expensive. Couple of good restaurants in the village though.
