The location was ideal for what we needed, close to a local wedding venue, and a great location to go explore, the beaches nearby were amazing. The flat was comfortable and Carlos was great at communicating before the stay.
It was a little cold, the weather turned the night we arrived and it was a little chilly, and it could maybe do with a bit of modernising but was overall a lovely place to stay!

Location was spot on, yards from where i needed to be early in the morning. Facilities were excellent, and very spacious apartment.

Lovely lodging! Great location in downtown Forres, tucked back in an alley a bit off the street, where it was quiet and private.
The apartment was very clean and well-lit, was fully and tastefully furnished, including a large kitchen area with all the appliances and cookware/utensils to make meals if one desired. Windows were plentiful and easy to open.
Local bus stops within a very short easy-walking distance.
"No contact" entry instructions were thorough and simple to follow. Payment was made over the phone.
All in all, it surpassed my expectations!

Exceptional 1 bed property in the centre of Forres. The apartment was equipped to a high standard and was extremely comfortable and homely. I enjoyed my stay at 3 Varis Apartments very much.
I was visiting for a friend's wedding and felt Forres was just slightly too far as I had to rely on taxis which ended up being quite expensive. My own fault entirely. If only the apartment had been in Findhorn 😊👍

very spacious and warm, practically a home from home.
The only thing missing was a Hoover, we went out and bought a sweeping brush as with having back problems the dust pan and brush just wasn’t practical. Other than that everything else was fine.

Everything communication is fantastic the facilities are brill we decided to extend by 1 night and wS no problem at all,we always use the varis apartments when visiting family in Forres

Amazing apartment, lovely and comfortable. Really, really clean and well equipped kitchen., very warm and cosy Massive TV. Great location just off high street. Would definitely recommend. Host responded immediately to

Could do with egg cups and a full length mirror in bedroo
And perhaps bigger bathroom mirror.

The apartment was well situated in the centre of Forres, with a free car park very close by, but because it was off the main street, it was also very quiet at night. The lounge and kitchen area were very large and the kitchen was well equipped.
The decor was a bit basic and tired looking and the bathroom was in need of a revamp and could have done with a better mirror over the sink.

The apartment was lovely, had everything you need, very clean. We brought our pug along who loved the trip as well.
