Genuinely great hotel with adequate sized rooms and great showers, the area is perfect for everything you need and is close to the beach, public transport and shops.

The Philoxenia is well located on Perissa beach. It's a cozy and beautiful place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend!

The hotel Philoxenia is a nice family business and offers a romantic stay, far from the noise and the traffic. The staff is kind and keen on helping. The room is old fashion but spacious enough. Our bed was , on one side, sticked to the wall. Beach is 5 min away by foot. A bakery is 3 min away by foot

There is no safe in the room. There was an issue with the payment by card. The hotel was waiting for the repair. So we paid by cash. ATM are easy to find but you will be charged. Prefer a withdrawal in a bank. Other than that, everything was good

The pool area was lovely and open late. We also had a private balcony and the hotel staff were very welcoming, showing us the best places to visit around the island. Was a lovely stay.

This is a great family-owned hotel. Rooms are spacious and confortable. The owners are helpful and attentive. Great location if you need to stay away from busy areas

There are different rooms, and some are better than others (bigger and private terrace), but we really loved ours because everything was clean, the bed was big and comfortable and we had our private terrace. The apartmant is cleaned every day, which is very nice. This place has a shared pool with sunbeds, which was great feature, and we spent a lot of time there :) All of the staff was very nice and helpful! Great stay :)

The shower was cold, this was our second time here and both times the shower was cold so we were disappointed with that.

Perfect night here. Hosts were very welcoming. Room was perfect! Very spacious and with a kitchenette! Location was nice. Views within the resort were lovely.

Shower was cold, so as we were here for only one night we did not use the shower. Hosts offered to drive us to the ferry but we got a much cheaper deal on our return from a taxi driver at the port so price the journey before you decide!

The staff was cert helpfull, the facilities were good enough. Walking distance from beach and restaurants.

We loved the quiet location, only 5 minutes walking from Perissa's black beach and its restaurants. It allowed us to visit all Santorini easily by car. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.

There may be a little more tableware available in the kitchen.

Breakfast was very bad and people unfriendly. Appartement was very basic. Location is okay. I would not recommend this place.

Nothing at all. Place didnt match the photo . room was different to what we have paid for. After such a horrible treatment not a single thing was offered to compensate this process. Had the worst holiday for sure,

Avoid. We cancelled other hotels in Santorini due to the reviews of this place. My god what a mistake. Owners overbooked the hotel and made us sleep in the staff room for 2 nights, separate beds no bathroom with children photo& clothes everywhere on my birthday night. After calling booking.com and complained they gave us a room not the studio we booked. We got twins room & spent my birthday & wedding anniversary sleeping separately as they said they can only give us double bed 2 days before checking outThey didn' even want to refund us the night we spent in the staff room & no mercy we spent whole day flying here & had no shower. Instead asking us to not take the money and have breakfast instead. Like honestly they woke us up 8am told us we got 10 mins to pack our room for a double room then ruin our holidays & birthday & anniversary not even offered a single complementary drink.. After sending 100 of photos to booking.com they were so embarrassed they gave us good will instead. Ive been a very loyal customer and booked so many hotels (expensive) with them and this by far is the worst & my biggest mistake. They even built the room with bedsheet to make it a double -like honestly If you use to backpacking style and hostel style then this is the type of hotel for you. Definitely not for couple on special occasion.
