Divan hotel na prekrasnom položaju. Soba velika, nova, ugodna. Osoblje jako ljubazno, svi se trude na obostranu dobrobit. Bilo nam je jako lijepo i namjeravamo se vratiti. Hvala vam puno 🙂

Snídaně víborná, lokalita krásné místo

Měli jsme objednané pokoje s dvěma samostatnými posteli a místo toho jsme dostali s manželskou postelí, po 650 km autem jsme se s tím už tak nějak spokojili a nijak jsme to víc neřešili.

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, niewygodne materace. W pokoju znaleźliśmy czyjeś skarpetki (czyste), co niestety świadczy o niedokładnym posprzątaniu.

Exceptionally good breakfast with lots of choice and quality ingredients.. Good location with a view and easy access to the centre.

Two single beds pushed together is not the same as a double bed. Shower doors and the toilet flush need maintenance. Low water pressure in the shower. Low quality toilet roll considering the price of the room.

Niestety czujemy się oszukani przez hotel. Rezerwuje z 20 hoteli w roku i pierwszy raz wystawiam negatywną opinię. Zarezerwowałem i zapłaciłem za pokój z 3 łóżkami: 2 dorosłych i 2 dzieci. Przy rezerwacji podałem godzinę przyjazdu 23-00. Przyjechaliśmy o 23:30 ze zmęczonymi i praktycznie śpiącymi dziećmi. Sprawnie dostaliśmy kartę do pokoju. Ale karta okazała się od pokoju z jednym łóżkiem. Wróciliśmy do recepcji i dostaliśmy kartę od innego pokoju. Ten też okazał się z jednym łóżkiem. Ponownie wróciliśmy do recepcji i znowu to samo karta do pokoju z jednym łóżkiem. Za czwartym razem dostaliśmy kartę do pokoju z dwoma łóżkami. Dzieci zasypiały nam na schodach więc wzięliśmy już ten pokój z dwoma łóżkami. Nieprofesjonalne podejście recepcji - zamiast sama znaleźć pokój wysyłała nas abyśmy sami szukali tego co zarezerwowaliśmy. Oczywiście musieliśmy zapłacić za to co zarezerwowaliśmy czyli zapłaciliśmy za pokój z 3 łóżkami, a dostaliśmy z 2 łóżkami i w dodatku straciliśmy z 20min na to aż sami znajdziemy pokój. Dzieci w tym czasie siedziały i przysypiały na schodach... Następnego dnia Pan w recepcji nas przeprosił, ale pieniądze oczywiście wziął jak gdyby wszystko było ok. Oczywiście zapłaciliśmy, bo bez sensu było dalej się denerwować i wykłócać. Jesteśmy źli, że nie wzięliśmy tańszego hotelu gdzie może śniadanie byłoby gorsze, ale przynajmniej nas by nie oszukali.

We had a very late check-in (11.pm) but the receptionist welcomed us, and helped us with the luggage. The breakfast is amazing and very diverse! We chatted with the staff in Serbian and had a lot of fun. We only stayed for one night and the other receptionist even let us use the parking the next day for as long as we wanted.

Very little bad to say. Maybe a remark that there is no elevator for the outer unit and no chairs and table for the small terrace.

The view from the room was amazing! The room was large and had been updated. Good bathroom. Close to the centre. Good breakfast. The staff (lady with short blonde hair and glasses) amazing!

Our room did smell of smoke. And there was road works stopping us from getting there but the receptionist was amazing and helped move our car though a very small gap so we could arrive.

Claustrophobic room with small window. Room was really hot, no air conditioning. Leaking shower. Really uncomfy pillows. The gym was a joke. One really slow elewator. No kettle in the room. Massive hole in the middle of the bed made a massive pain in my boyfriend shoulder!

Rooms need refreshment, quite small.

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the receptionists very welcoming and helpful. At breakfast we had plenty of choice (buffet).

We didn't really enjoy the food served at breakfast, but maybe because our tastebuds had been amazed at a previous accommodation.

In the bathroom was a broken glass in a corner under the sink. bed linen was scratchy.

Well-equipped, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is very kind and courteous. Breakfast with plenty of choice

First room we had was very badly isolated due to a door need the bed that led directly to the room beside. We could nearly hear everything from the room beside. All-you-can-eat dinner is varied but very simple. One should not expect too much from it.

The beds are comfortable, the toilet having a separate room from the shower room was clever, the breakfast buffet is amazing, the service is efficient, everything is clean

The staff offered to do our laundry but did not advise us that it cost something even after we asked them beforehand. It's a lot of walking to find restaurants in the village if you consider 15-20 minutes a lot. Also, in our room we could hear everyone in the corridors and upstairs walking and talking, but not too loud. Insonorisation is not the best but a normal sleeper could sleep through it.
