The hotel staff was very friendly, despite the fact in my third stay the night-watch accidently called me at 3AM. I loved their kindness and willingness to help. Yes, it's an older hotel. That is visible as the rooms have real keys and the bathrooms are, well let's just say not new, but the floors are shiny clean, dangerously slippery because of it, and the beds are superb!

the bath/shower combos are not that great. I can live with it, but if they want to invest that would be a good starting point.

ideally situated for both the town and the beach with many bars and restaurants close by. Staff were lovely and very helpful Hotel is really comfortable. Thoroughly recommend it

Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Spotlessly clean. Large rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds and even a personal 'jet-bath' which was greatly appreciated! For those who enjoy traditional accommodation close to amenities and the sea, Hotel Vittoria was spot on. Lovely breakfast, though dinner was rather disappointing (ambiance and quality of food not the best!).

Location was perfect central to beach town and railway station.room was spacious with a good view.

The spa pool was not freely available and had to pre-book and pay €25 for 1hr with no information to that effect also no bar service in hotel .

The room was large and luxurious, and the staff always friendly and courteous. A very pleasant and well-located hotel.

That the hot sits between 2 x 1970s derelict buildings. That an additional charge was made for the indoor pool. No netflix.

All was to a good standard but one felt the hotel was slightly out of date and yet not exploiting its period charm.

On aesthetic grounds - The position of the swimming pool, very insignificant front door and foyer no sense of welcome at all.

everything is old-fashioned: the rooms, bathroom, swimming pool, restaurant. the swimming pool is small and there is no service. there were dirty diapers on a table and an ashtray full of cigarettes for hours.
