Nothing basic hotel

Greetings I checked in to the hotel on the 6th of November 2022 and checked out on the 11th of November as per the booking on your esteemed website. I was informed by the hotel that I have to pay for an extra night as they advised that its based on days. due to my flight time I paid after trying to explain and showing them that I entered Jordan on the 6th of November and now its 2 pm on the 11th that's five nights as per my booking. they Need to be educated on the difference between nights and days. thank you booking its not your fault I never faced issues with your or any other hotel I booked through you for the Last 12 years.

room was a little dirty, wifi was not working,no hot water in the shower

Cauzy and homey with a friendly team and hospitable too . The exotic and colorful lobby atmosphere nice terrace and the Restaurant just outstanding with it's team ..and management as well

Nothing at all

Very very very dirty, the rooms are very old, bathrooms are not functioning, TV not working, bugs in the beds, flys in the room… I canceled my reservation after horrible night with the family…. Not recommended at all… They didn’t even clean what ever we told them to do…. This is my first time I write negative feedback on a hotel…. The pictures are just a sample of what we’ve been through…
