Olimme koko perheen voimin ( me +2lasta perheineen). Teidän nettisivuiltanne ei selkeästi selvinnyt se missä kunkin perheen majoitus on. Tyttäremme perheiden majoitus oli paritaloissa ja heillä yhteensä 5 lasta joten kylpylään tulo oli hankalampaa kuin meillä vanhemmilla jotka asuimme hotellin puolella. Heille ei ollut tilatessaan selvinnyt se että heidän majoitus on pienen matkan päässä hotellilta. Ts. varaussivustonne pitäisi olla selkeämpi.

Kylpylän puoli kattava ja miellyttävä. Lasten sisäleikkipaikka viihtyisä ja kylpylä muutenkin sopiva matkakohde lapsiperheille. Huone oli siisti. Sijainti hienolla paikalla.
Tyynyt oli ohuet kuin lakanat. Ei parisänkyä ollenkaan. Sisustus viime vuosisadalta. Huoneisto melko vaatimaton ja älytelkkari olisi nykypäivää. Aamupalalla useita vaihtoehtoja, mutta paljon valmisruokaa, laatu ei kovin hyvä. Tarjottimet olisivat helpottaneet ruoan kuskausta pöytään.

Allasalue siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Viihtyisäksi tehty. Linnunlaulut, ukkonen/vesisade kiva yllätys.

Hotelli kauniilla paikalla, hyvät ulkoilumaastot ja vesistö ympärillä.
Aamiainen olisi voinut olla parempi. Puuro kokkareista ja kylmää.

The Spa area was excellent! Pools were super clean, cozy decoration. Especial mention to the lights in slow river pool.
The amount of chlorine was just right, not irritating the eyes.
The showers and locker room were super clean.
Confortable, cozy, and fully equipped chalets!
The breakfast was not at the same level of the Spa. It could be improved.

The hotel had a very nice spa and possibilities for activities, such as bowling and versatile outdoor sports. The breakfast was also good.
Our stay was during a weekend in July and it was very crowded in the hotel and spa. So if you are expecting a nice and peaceful spa holiday, this would not be your choice, at least not during summer season. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant called Kastanja, where we first got a spoon covered with some berry jam (we were eating snails). The waiter also kept forgetting things.

Rooms are very old. Toilet leaking, rust on the sink, walls covered with marks, mattress and bed sheets are a disaster.

The spa is very nice! Clean, calm and has several nice pools.
My room was towards to atrium with games (table fotball, basket ball simulator etc.) The noise level during day time and until the games were closed at 21 was very high.

Spa, sauna, breakfast, room with a separate area for children. Kettle in the room, tea, coffee, cocoa, bathrobes for everyone. Small refrigerator. We have been staying at this hotel for many years and now everything is as good as before, but the SPA is better.

Good location, good set of swimming pools and baths, good food and friendly staff
Water quality in the swimming pool. Water made skin dry and red after short swimming sessions. I assume it’s due to disinfection, maybe water is cleared with chlorine. My partner and friends got similar issues, therefore, it wasn’t just me. Hot water in the room had smell.
Swimming pool was overcrowded. I wasn’t able to visit some pools because they were constantly busy. Quite a lot of people there were not hotel guests, they came on their own and got a an entry ticket to the spa. Visiting the swimming pool before 8pm was rather a challenge than pleasure. Maybe the hotel shouldn’t let people from the street to access the spa zone when/if the hotel accepts a lot of guests or should introduce time windows for visitors or something else. Otherwise, the hotel sacrifices comfort of guests.

It would have been nice to have some tea-making facility in the room.
