Clean & quiet hotel, surprisingly so with it being so large. Very comfortable bed in a large room. Great dining experience at reasonable prices. Plenty of free parking.

Don’t even advertise you have a pool. My kids couldn’t even use it. It was Green and maybe 20 Celsius. We had to book a time at the Fredricton pool. Massive let down.

The room was nice, and the pool area is very unique

The pool was freezing! I made sure the pool was open before booking. Didn’t realize it would be too cold! My three year old couldn’t do it, she was shaking from the cold. There was some guest on the main floor that seemed homeless? They opened their door and I was walking by, threw a towel into the hall and yeah something inaudible at me. It was really strange and was a bad first impression of the place.

The courtyard was fantastic, such a nice atmosphere and the rooms were clean and tidy with excellent customer service. Restaurant was also amazing.

There was a party in the room below us and 1 room over that turned violent, I did not get any sleep and I was there for an examination the following morning, it took too long for the cops to be called after complaints... this fight went on from 10pm to 6am before police were called because of screaming bloody murder, throwing things, you name it... if this wasn't a factor, my stay would have been tremendous! There were a few things missing/broken in the room when we checked in but nothing major.

It was quiet, and clean. Restaurant staff was very friendly

One of the front desk clerks gave me a hard time about not using a credit card, and booking using my visa debit card.

Beds were comfortable. Restaurant and staff helpful and the food is better than most hotel restaurants.

We had 2 maintenance issues that apparently have been ongoing one required a room change. The common areas of the property were not very ckean. Long ground in dirt on railings and carpet.

The property was close to the downtown. Quiet area, very clean, the hotel staff were nice and helpful. The pool/hot tub, restaurant area exceeded are expectations👌🏽My partner loved it! We had a King Room, and it was perfect size for both of us. Wish we could stay longer than one night, next time for sure!

We have stayed here quite a few times. The price is reasonable. Nice to have a restaurant on hand.

We arrived late. At 8:15 in the morning without knocking or warning a cleaning staff member walked right into our room. She woke us up and really startled us and we could not get back to sleep.

Location was great very central to all sites and restaurants.

1. The room was dirty. The bathroom: Shower curtain stained and ripped, rust around the waster sticker and drain, no slip guard in tub, towel rack was pitted rust the grout between tub and tile floor was falling out and stained. The corners of the floor had dirt build up, appeared only center of floor was washed. 2. The bed had stained bedding and we had to request it be changed. 3. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows flat. 4. The signage stated that rooms were cleaned every 3 says unless we ask for more frequently, our stay was 5 days our room was not cleaned at all we had to request towels take out our trash bottles etc. 6 the freezer unit of the fridge was compacted with ice build up. 7. We received a message a day early thanking us for staying and when inquiring at the desk they said that someone accidentally checked us out by mistake and they can set us up in a new room because they booked ours, we refused to move rooms. 8. The pool was filthy when walking across the bottom it was slick and as you walked it cleared the bottom floor floating up black chunks to the surface. 9. The hot tub was half filled and the jets did not work.

The location was spot on; convenient. The staff are also courteous at the front desk; checking in and out was swift and efficient.

The facilities could use a bit of updating. The room wallpapers were falling apart; toiletries not stocked in our room.

Breakfast excellent. Would have it again.

The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and professionally friendly. The bed was comfortable and clean.

First, the building does not have an elevator. Having to schlep luggage up stairs, especially when arriving late at night after a long drive, is kess thsn fun and would be impossible for a less able person. Second, the carpet in the room was filthy. There were two large, obvious spills next to the cabinet on which the coffee maker sat (along with the TV, etc., plus other obvious dirty spots.
