The room was spacious and clean and with a great view!
Location is close to shops and food as well as transportation.
There was a mistake made where the front desk charged a huge supposedly security deposit hold to the credit card when they already had one, and it was check out day.
The issue was fixed and the hold eventually released but that was a pretty big mistake that shouldn't have happened.
Other than that the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and spacious.

The rate was outrageous. We didn't have a choice to book at that hotel, as we were vacating our nearby condo before relocating overseas, but $379 a night is silly.
Used to be good value, but not anymore.
Wish the rate was more inline with other properties in New Westminster and Burnaby.

The property was in a prime location on the water, great view, close to all amenities. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was lovely! I would highly recommend.

Old hotel, no centralized AC (heaters are from 80s), had to change the room because it ended up being on top of the commercial fans so it was loud. Pests (silverfish) were spotted in the bathroom (quite a few)

The view over the Quay and the river is fantastic, and the rooms are nice and cozy. Everything was easy to find and convenient. I especially appreciated that the hotel is right next to Angelina's Dutch restaurant, which has great breakfast.

I really loved the view from the room. Had the side where we were able to watch sunset from the balcony. Got to experience from sunny day, to sunset, to watching the night views in one stay. Just so spectacular

The location was wonderful.
My room was freezing. The heater didn't work. We attempted to call the desk. No one answered. After several calls, my partner went downstairs to the front reception area to find the clerk behind the desk totally sleeping in his chair. There were too many more issues to even explain on here. So so disappointing 😞

Hotel room was clean and quiet with very interesting views of the Fraser River, including tug boats pulling long log rafts. The nearby boardwalk is fun to explore and includes several good restaurants and the river market.
Underground parking was a little confusing with two different pay stations. If staying at the hotel, park in a specific numbered hotel spot then proceed to the reception desk to arrange payment.

I got two queen beds for 4, 2 adult and 2 kids, the beds
were clean but too small.
starting from the location, I had to drive in circle three
times to figure out which way is the hotel located.
even GPS couldn’t help.
on the way to our room, the hallway smells bad and
the room also smells bad. the carpet was really bad
even walking in barefoot my feet was dirty.
room was too small. basically I paid $430.63 for a view
only.

The room was well equipped. Wi fi worked ok. Train station and markets close by.
Noise from the harbor at night. Expensive for the location. 40 minutes to town by train. Not even breakfast or a firness room.
