The place was clean and well kept. The suite had a full kitchen and provided a pod each day for the dishwasher as well as paper towels. It was nice nor having ro buy every single thing you needed. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful.

I don't eat pork. However most mornings that was the only meat available. Perhaps a daily offering of turkey ham to go along with the bacon and other porcine meats might be considered.

Lovely hotel! The rooms were extremely big and there was space for everybody. It was very handy having the kitchenette to keep food in the fridge, reheat food or to bring your breakfast up to the room. The King Bed was very big and could fit 3 adults if needed! Sofa bed was also very comfy. The bathroom was big and the shower and toilet were in their own room. The wardrobe had a sliding mirror as the door and was also quite spacious. There was air-con in the room and worked well! The gym was 24 hours, I personally didn’t use it but members from my group did and were impressed! Free breakfast was a bonus. I had stayed here before around 4 years ago and they had more options then eg. make your own waffle with toppings, make your own yoghurt with granola and berries. The options this time were quite limited, but I guess these could have been changed due to COVID? Only 2/3 hot pieces of food each morning. These changed every day, the ones we had over the course of our stay were cheese omelettes, bacon, pancakes, French toast, pork sausages, potato cubes etc. They also had a selection of juices & milk, breads, bagels and muffins, fruit, packaged yoghurt, oatmeal and tea/coffee. We arrived too early for check in, so were able to leave our bags and go out for the day. We also left our bags after check-out and there was no fee! Staff were friendly. We were on the fourth floor, was very quiet, couldn’t hear other guests! Apart from the plaza of restaurants/arcade/cinema next to the hotel, there isn’t much to do or see near it. Due to the location being next to a highway, you cannot walk anywhere easily. Luckily there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which ran quite frequently, and Übers were also easy to get from the location! We had booked 2 rooms originally and had to cancel 1 last minute. It was passed our free cancellation date, however we phoned the hotel and they were more than happy to cancel the extra room and waive the cancellation fee.

Had a pleasant experience in the hotel, however there were some small things that you should note if coming. Our safe was broken and would not lock. We went down to reception and also phoned to get someone to fix it or possibly get a new one. However, no one came at all and we had to carry our valuables everywhere we went. This was quite annoying as we didn’t want to carry our passports around, but it felt safer than leaving them in the hotel. One of the lamps & the charger on the bedside table, or the charger on the desk in the room didn’t work. There were however, plenty of other sockets and lights that we were able to use. We found the hotel itself a bit cold at night, we did turn on the heating sometimes but there was a strong burning smell coming from it so decided to leave it off. Room service only came once during our 4 night stay. This didn’t bother us too much as we didn’t care too much to have the beds dressed. However, clean towels would have been nice everyday. These were only little issues, but would not put me off staying here again, as overall we did have a pleasant experience and a lovely stay!!!

This was the perfect spot to stay while visiting the Toronto area. It is situated in an entertainment complex with several dining options, miniature golf, movies, even a Dave and Busters! The breakfast was well done. The pool was a good size and clean. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

We had two lamps in the room that did not work. Since there was enough light using the other fixtures, it was not a big problem. The parking around the hotel did fill up over the weekend making it hard to find a spot that felt safe and close to the building.

Location and proximity to restaurants

Breakfast is quickly removed at 10am without any consideration to those still eating. Not enough towels for the number of guests booked.

Breakfast needs improvements. No much varieties of food to choose. Location is excellent for me.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We loved the two bedrooms suite it offered great space for our family.

The breakfast was ok. Several choices offered. Other hotel at same price did not offert breakfast so it was a plus for us.
