The location was good, just off a busy strip, convenient access to nice restaurants. The room was quiet and spacious, the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast selection in the steakhouse.

Tout étais vraiment super, piscine, sauna, spa intérieur fait toute la différence. L’emplacement est très bien. Les chambres sont belles, bien équiper avec un micro-ondes c’est toujours pratique et c’était confortable. L’ambiance avec les plantes est agréable et le personnel très sympathique et compétant
Petit ajustement à faire avec le spa je dirais, les jets ne sont pas assez fort et l’eau était un petit peu trop froide

La piscine.
Le personnel est une catastrophe, tant sur le manque de politesse et de respect que sur leur faculté à résoudre vos difficultés. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits. J'ai passé mon temps à l'accueil pour demander ce qu'il n'y avait pas dans ma chambre : savon vide, boîte de mouchoir vide (à notre arrivée bien sûr), etc. Si vous espérez qu'ils fassent votre chambre, on vous expliquera qu'ils ne font pas votre lit pour des histoires d'écologie. Allez comprendre. Mention spéciale à la personne qui gère l'accueil la nuit, impoli, hautain, expéditif. On est français donc peut être que nous sommes pénibles. Pour avoir fait d'autres hôtels québécois, nous avons constaté un immense écart malgré tout. Enfin, si vous comptez sur le fait que ce même personnel vous dise bonjour, vous pouvez toujours espérer.

L'emplacement était bien même si ça avait l'air vieux, les chambres étaient biens aussi. Belle grandeur pour 4 personnes. Il y a un plancher chauffant dans la salle de bain.
Les prises électriques ne fonctionnaient pas tous. Le frigo ne refroidissait pas du tout et le bouton pour descendre la température était brisé, donc on a pas pu s'en servir. Les murs n'ont aucune insonorité. La première nuit, des enfants ont couru dans les corridors toute la nuit et venaient cogner dans les portes des chambres à 1h, 2h et 4h du matin. Quand je suis allée me plaindre, ils n'ont rien fait et ils m'ont simplement dit que c'était parce que sur mon étage, il y avait plusieurs enfants provenant d'une équipe de basket-ball. Pourtant, nous devons signer un contrat qu'on ne fera pas de bruit entre 23h et 6h. J'ai demandé s'il y avait des conséquences pour ça et ils ne pouvaient pas me répondre...

La piscine et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus.
Bien situé pour visiter la région. Parking gratuit.
Les lits doubles de la chambre double ressemblaient plus à des lits simples…

I liked the location of the hotel. the hotel is clean and quiet.
I ordered a room for four people. But there were two towels, two robes in the room (the administrator refused to give four robes), coffee was only for two people. And why are there no slippers in the hotel?? There was no room or chairs in the room to eat for 4 people (the cafeteria was closed). Why did I pay for four people, but received conditions for two?

Pool was clean and had lifeguard. Rooms were spacious, plenty of parking, hotel looked clean, rooms had a fridge and microwave, close to many amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, location made it easy to access highway. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Minor inconvenience- fire alarm batteries needed to be changed and kept sounding the alarm. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night since the staff who did have batteries had no way to reach the ceiling. The staff were quick to respond and arranged another room. It was just a pain the move rooms at that hour.

Very nice and helpful stuff. Tasty food. Clean and comfortable room. Swimming pool and hot tub. And also good location.
