They advertised Queen beds for the room but they were in fact double beds - not what we expected, especially given the $40 surcharge we paid to have Queen beds...

Very old decor, very out of style and outdated. Room was a bit dirty like stains on the carpet and sofa. Bed sheets were very tired looking and old. Our smelled a lot like onions or garlic too

This Hotel is close to the business area of my interest and therefore very convenient. Breakfast is good and with a nice and quite complete buffet.. Rooms are quite spacy and the shower is very good .... Nice the coffee machine in the room complete of the coffee and the teas.

The heating/conditioning system is very noisy and without any possible adjustment of the speed ... Only temperature. The room is with dated furniture, still fine, but looks old .... Breakfast with more fresh fruits would be nicer. Did ask for a 1h later check out but was possible only for card members ...

the room was disgusting they didint change the bed sheet i was sleepingand i felt alot of ichi on my body and when i chacked there were blood stains al over the bed

Staff were good and bed confortable.

We had to change room at 12:30 am cause we could not sleep because our room was situated just beside the mechanical room! They should have known this before putting clients in there worst room. Also, on Sunday for breakfast, we went approx 9:15(open t’il 10 am) and there was no more eggs, no more sausages (no other meat) and they would not cook more because they say that they would need to throw food away! I can say that approximately 25 more people came in while eating cereal with minimum milk cause they would not refill the fridge with milk and yogourt 😔. Will not go there anymore. Also, there was mold, lots of it, in the 1st room we were in at the top of the window behind the curtain.

The breakfast was terrible. everything was finished and by the time it was replenished there was such a line up that I could t get anything again.

location was close to venue. beds very comfy. staff was nice.

breakfast is quickly picked over. people let their kids touch everything and help themselves. there wasn’t enough seating. fruit wasn’t fresh looking.. (bruising etc)

Staff were great and the breakfast was very good Beds were confortable to.

The price for the rooms was appropriate. It isn’t a fancy place but we enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly and helpful. Many took advantage of the proximity to Boston Pizza but we chose not to.

It is an older building but our rooms were fine especially the one with the King size bed. It was too busy for us to take advantage of the continental breakfast. There was nothing left!

The breakfast was excellent!

The carpeting was so old and dirty in the elevator areas; and was lifting which would be an issue for people with mobility concerns.I was worried the room would be the same. The room was very clean though.
