The hotel was quiet & clean. Bathrooms are a good size

Unfortunately the pool closes earlier than expected - so our family did not get to experience. Had an early sporting event to attend - breakfast was not out at 6;00am - so we had to pick up food at Tim Hortons. Hotel room had only 2 bath towels - staff did provide more at front desk. Rooms with 2 queen beds - very small.

I was charged twice, after pre-paying before arrival, when checking in I was told I paid in full and my credit card would not be charged. I woke up the next morning to my credit card charged the full payment a second time.

Very clean and comfortable

The staff were really friendly, plus helpful. It was pretty quiet.

The breakfast was kinda bland and cold. When grabbed certain food nearly got sick.

Management was unprepared for having a sold out property. Rooms not cleaned (urine on the floor??!). Switched rooms but no towels. We had booked 3 rooms for family event... rented room with a pullout couch only to find there was no couch! Or towels.Another of our rooms did have the pull out couch but there was no linen or pillows in the hotel to be found! I kid you not... they even had a sign at the front desk naming all the items that they did not have available to guests. I was very embarrassed by setting up my guests in this hotel. I have always enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn, but this crashed badly.

when we got to the hotel at 11:30 pm, we were told by reception that they did not have a booking for us from Booking.com and they were full and did not have any rooms available. I showed them a copy of my booking and a copy of the confirmation from the hotel received earlier in the day. Suddenly they had someone else cancel their booking (at 11:30pm ? !) and a vacancy for us arose. All this took over an hour to check, after a long flight and a considerable drive.

Shower didn't work. As I had to leave early I had no time to be taken to an alternate room

room is clean and bathroom fixtures are elegant

there was no toothpaste either in the bathroom or in the shop below.
