Dated and needs some surface maintenance

Friendly staff, quiet building. Workout area. Free parking. Good price, bed and bathroom were clean. Good breakfast.

Hallway carpets looked like they could use a freshening up with a steam clean. Style seemed dated (ie. Lamp style, some spots of ripped wall paper)

We had a great breakfast and a kind, customer focussed older lady replenishing the food and cleaning tables quickly.

Great location, my friends and I enjoyed meeting together in the lounge area

WiFi coverage was completely inadequate! I was unable to participate in a work meeting because the connection was unstable or lost throughout the meeting.

the hallway walls are old and the paint is old and cracking. the carpet looks old. I wish they can renovate some of the old things in the hotel. otherwise, it was a pleasant stay

Location was excellent. The breakfast was reasonable for the amount paid for the stay.

Staff were very friendly. Check in was easy. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean.

Walls are thin - I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring. Weird stains on the carpet in the room. Beds creaked a bit. Hotel is a little run down overall. Breakfast was decent. Standard sub par continental breakfast.

We couldn’t eat breakfast one morning because it was very busy and when we finally got to the front of the line there was no plates and we were in a hurry. The lady was busy stocking other stuff and not the plates.

I like the cleanliness and comfort they give with their accommodation and the close proximity of restaurants and the blue mountain.

Would prefer to have more variety of food with their complimentary breakfast such as pancakes and bacon. Don’t just stick with the same breakfast food choices every day.
