Clean room, soft beds. The 2 person beds were rather narrow for two persons, but sufficient.

The room got incredibly hot when the AC was disabled, even though it wasn't hot outside (the room was way hotter than outside). With AC this could be managed but that made a lot of noise so was difficult to sleep. When we told the staff they were going to look into it but no solution was provided. The hot tubs were as seen on the pictures but are located in front with view on the busy road. Some screens are provided so people can't look in, but not for the entire width, which is a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was very basic.

Very badly designed and small room. Walls so thin we could hear everything from people in the surrounding rooms - even mobile phones. The bathroom was petitioned off by noisy sliding doors. Hardly any sleep due to the noise, which isn't ideal for two 70 year olds on a road trip. For the cost of the room per night we felt ripped off.

The breakfast was great and room very nice and well equipped

We really could have used an elevator to get our luggage up and down to the second floor
