Close to my meeting and other amenities. Friendly staff. Large, clean room.
My room was next to the elevators which ended up being noisy -not from people using them but from hearing them go up and down. It actually disturbed my sleep. There shouldn’t be a guest room in that location. The space could be used as a utility or storage room instead.

The buffet dinner and breakfast special in the lounge was great.
The staff were warm, accomadating, and very helpful with any and all inquiries.....sincerity at it's best.
Thw rooms were clean, particale and functionable as well s peaceful and quiet.

La localisation est parfaite, juste à côté de la Tour du CN, de la gare Union, de l'aréna Scotiabank, etc.
Chambre de bonne taille, avec deux grands lits.
Pas de frigo dans la chambre, autre que pour vendre des denrées.
Frais de 25 $ +taxe par jour obligatoire, pour tous les services normalement inclus dans un hôtel de ce prix (appels locaux, internet, deux petites bouteilles d'eau, etc.).

I didn't tried the breakfast, too freaking expensive for a family of 5. I was the week before in another hotel in the downtown, 4 stars and the cost was the half and the kids bellow 16 for free!

Chose this hotel due to location
A number of minor issues, too many to list individually. I noticed a discarded wrapper under the cabinet and left it during our three day stay to see if it was spotted and removed - it wasn't! Free WiFi was very slow and at times would not pass data.

Good location in the city, clean and comfortable with everything you'd need. Bartender looked after us well and the check in and out was fine.
Nothing bad to say, it was expensive but so is everywhere.

Très belle expérience. Nous avons tout apprécié dans cet hôtel. Nous y retournerons à chaque séjour à Toronto. Emplacement parfait. Chambre très spacieuse. Équipement parfait. Stationnement intérieur avec accès à l'hôtel très pratique.
Peut être un petit déjeuner moins cher.

I ask that my room would remain the same on August 14 as The American Queen Voyages, the Hotel Manager said it would, but that too was ignored. The right hand doesn’t seem to know what the left hand is doing. But all your staff are very polite.
