The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms were also very spacious and the decor was nice.

The hallways were a bit dirty, couches had dirty blankets and the walls were dusty. I also did not like the noisiness of the area.

Zimmer sind recht hellhörig aber da wir immer recht platt waren hat uns das nicht gestört.

Todo, ubicación cerca de the grove, en la esquina un café, ross cerca, farmacias etc. la habitación moderna limpia y cómoda, grande, excelente baño y por sobre todo buena gente toda la que trabaja, desde limpieza hasta en mostrador. Me recibieron paquetes no se perdió nada, cochera disponible y una cafetera bárbara para tomar.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room , enough room for suitcases, with decent size bathroom, small fridge and safe. Which was great as international travellers.

No andar superior o pessoal fez muito barulho, desde 24:00 e após as 05:00 a.m retornaram com corrida, pulo, derrubando coisas, um verdadeiro trupe!

Su staff muy amable siempre, las camas cómodas, TV, cafetera y nevera en l habitación y baño súper cómodo. Ubicación excelente cerca de Ross, The Grove, varios museos y atracciones a pie, tienen estacionamiento pero no lo ocupe.

Nous avions une chambre qui donnais sur la rue principale , extrêmement bruyante, quasiment aucune isolation sonore, on entend chaque voiture qui passe . Penser à demander une chambre qui donne sur le parking à l’arrière, bien plus calme.

Nos encantó el hotel. Si estás pensando en hospedarte en Hollywood, esta es una excelente opción a un muy buen precio tomando en cuenta la zona. La habitación era muy cómoda y realizaban la limpieza a diario. Además, tienes varias opciones para comer cerca y todo el personal es extremadamente amable. Sin duda, volveré a hospedarme aquí la próxima vez que visite Los Ángeles.

Hôtel très bien placé dans Los Angeles , quartier sûre, à deux pas du Farmers market. Parking gratuit avec de nombreuses places disponibles. Chambre propre , refaite à neuf récemment , salle de bain avec grande douche fonctionnelle. Personnel très sympathique.

Piscine vraiment pas propre , pas d’ascenseur pour monter à l’étage avec ses valises.

The location was great, very central to the Grovem shipping, food etc. The room was sufficient, beds were comfortable, and the room was clean,

The hallway where all the rooms are located was really noisy, there wasn't any carpet or flooring so it was really loud when people walked by, and voices and noise reverberated because there was no thing to absorb the sound. There was a pool but it looked like it had seen better days, the water looked too have a green tinge to it. While i realize parking is limited in highly concentrated areas, I was not impressed with the parking at all. You have to park down this sketch alley and walk back to the room. I had to walk over a few homeless people. And getting in and out of the"parking area"was tricky as it was blind angle to enter the lane of traffic, I was almost clipped a few times. It was more expensive than the other places I looked at, but it was really the only option for where I needed to be. I worked not have chosen this place otherwise, probably wing stay here again,.

Good location, walkable to the grove with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. There was a cafe next door we didn't use it but it was busy. The pool was fine a little tired but did the job. Free parking was amazing!

We had the room next to the stairs, it was very noisy at all hours. The room was not sound proofed at all. I appreciate you are in the middle of a city but we heard everything which at times kept us awake

Lovely hotel which was great value for money! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean and was exactly what we needed for our time exploring LA. Great location for visiting various parts of the city and plenty of parking at the back of the hotel - we always managed to get a space.

Our air conditioning unit was quite noisy at times but otherwise couldn't fault the hotel!

Pro’s: friendly staff, pool area, free parking, location

Con’s: Rooms are not very sound proof. Could use some insulations around the doors and maybe that would improve it. The rooms also need bedside lamps.

I liked how it was close to everything and the staff were friendly.

I didn’t necessarily liked how it was in the corner of the Main Street and parking was compact but the location to nearby places is really good.

We were given the name of this place a rec from a friend and when we pulled in I sent my daughter in to make contact and ask about parking. She was greeted by Billy who is lovely. We parked around back and made our way to the desk. We met Melissa, also a lovely person, and made our way to the room which was super cute and nicely renovated. The location is great. We are from the east coast and are used to walking and public transport and park plaza is in the perfect spot for both. (Down the street from the grove and across the street from the bus.) We stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. The folks at Attitude cafe were great! Topher was very attentive and the food was yummy. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. Melissa was very helpful and a splendid person. Any questions we had she was eager to answer. When we come back we will def stay here again.

Need more hooks in the bathroom for towels

Room was clean and updated. Staff was very friendly. Location was excellent. Like the "retro" vibe of the place.

The exterior was in need of paint and general updating. I appreciate the "retro" look and feel of the motel but that doesn't mean it shouldn't have good exterior paint, etc. The room had no counter space in bathroom. Only one towel rack despite the room being able to accommodate 4 people. No hooks either. Street noise. Noisy air conditioner. Parking was free but not very easy.

Second time staying here, great location for a short drive to Cedars Sinai and an easy walk to The Grove and LA Farmers Market. Free parking, an attached cafe for breakfast (not included, not inexpensive, but good)

Since this was a second stay, we knew what to expect and got it, we would not have come back to a hotel we didn't like.
