Nice, spacious room. Felt safe.
Front desk told us we could access side door to get in with our card key. Didn't work. No bathtub. Stingy on towels

The room was clean
I went through Booking.com, and I had to contact reservations for both dates because Albany, Oregon. Holiday Inn could not find my reservations

smelled cigarette smoke. asked to change room but the second room smelled cigarette smoke too.

Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the biscuits and sausage gravy!
The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable.
The mirror in the bathroom had a light surrounding it. That didn’t seem to help with actually seeing better! A mirror would be very helpful by the window.
Of course the price has been too high everywhere since covid!

Area was nice. Staff kept breakfast area clean during meal time. Receptionist was delightful. I liked the face that pets can stay, i did not know that so for future travel that is a big bonus.

The veggie omelette was a wonderful option for breakfast. There were lots of great hot choices with generous amounts. The early start time was very helpful as well and we got a good distance that day.

The room was clean and easily accessible. The shower was large and spacious with easy access.

The pool and sauna were just what we needed to get some kid energy out, I love that it was open so early and late. The fitness center was much more than I was expecting, and it was greatly appreciated.
A Waffle Machine at breakfast, otherwise it was great!
