The entry was beautiful. The beds were amazing, as were the pillows. The lady at check in was super friendly and very helpful!
There were LOTS of commotion throughout the evening. Hollering, slamming doors, yelling, TV’s so loud I could hear them in my room from 1 am to at least 4 am. I blared the a/c just to drown out what noise I could to get what sleep I could. Also the 3rd floor reeked of weed as soon as we got off the elevator.

part of why I booked there was the breakfast in the morning, it is advertised on the website, when we stayed there was no breakfast served, the breakfast area wasn’t even open

The burn marks everywhere and being charged $60 to make sure there's no smoking in the room

The room that my family and I stayed in was very dirty with under garments left from the previous guest. We were given a 2nd room and the furniture in our suite had mold and mildew. Linen was also dirty from previous guest. You could see the drool stains on the pillow cases. We were charged for the first night, even after calling booking.com to receive a full refund and to let them know of the issue. We tried emailing photos of our rooms to booking.com with the emails that were provided from an agent but it kept queuing instead of sending. We were told that hotel staff would come look at our room but no one came. When I called booking.com again about our wanting a refund so that we could go to another hotel with our family, we were told that the hotel clerk said we couldnt get a refund for the first night because we had been there past the 2 hr window. None of it was fair on a customer's behalf due to the company telling us to wait for hotel staff to come look at the room. We will never stay at this hotel again. My kids have allergies and even after letting the business know that the room had mold and mildew...i felt as though it wasn't a priority to remove the guest from a room that had these issues.

The whole place felt humid and warm, there were roaches, lots of mold and mildew.

Air conditioning system is really old. I could not arrange properly.

Location was close to everything
There was mold on bathroom, curtains were to long and laid on top of ac unit so they molded to. There wasn't a fridge so when we bought food ended up throwing alot away. Booking states there's a breakfast and they told us they stopped. The sprinkler system was pushed through the roof. Heat didn't work in room so froze. Sheets where stained.

the layout of the room was nice , bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. WiFi was good as well.
they could use a new paint job and new curtains but other than that it was worth the money.

The location is good.
We have stayed here in the past and it was wonderful. This time the place needs lots of renovations before we would consider staying again or recommend to others. There was several issues with the room, the AC did not work correctly, the hairdryer did not work, there was no tub stop to take bath, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. We were very disappointed.

The location was convenient.
The room was not ready when it was originally supposed to be ready. Wallpaper and paint was peeling off the walls, lights flickered in the hallway. No breakfast offered as stated on the site. There was not even an area we could have sat downstairs to eat or visit. Employee was not very pleasant when we were able to check in that night after spending the day in Savannah. Hair in shower and sink when we got in the room. Would not stay there again.

The night clerk was very nice and helpful.
The hotel has not been updated in 15 years. The rooms were very old. They did not have maid service at all. There were no amenities (coffee, cokes, swimming pool, etc.) Upon checking out I had to ring a doorbell 3 times just to get someone to come to the front desk to check me out..The lady at the desk had only one question (Do you smoke??). They make you give them a $50 deposit upon arrival and the only way to get your money back in a reasonable amount of time is to give them cash. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall there was cigarette burns on the furniture. There was no water pressure. I would not recommend staying here at all.

I like the entire environment as soon as you walk up you're greeted and with a smile. Doors locked at 10pm for security purposes to protect the everyone. Only way in after hours is with the room key. The entire staff was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The property is neglected by owner.
There is torn and peeling wallpaper throughout the building. makes you immediately feel like you’re staying in a cheap, sleezy motel.
