Hotel is nice in the lobby. But not much updated for the rest.

No bar No restaurant We hear everything outside and really everything Couldn't sleep much because of that Old TV couldn't even change channel or see guide

The continental breakfast was extremely bad. Only boiled eggs and toast was made available.

Had to pay extra for parking even when not using underground parking. Didn't have b'fast; was not included in price because I reserved through Booking.com Fridge was way too cold, fruits that I bought froze during the night. Pillows very uncomfortable and only 3 for a king bed. Only 2 K-cup coffees. Only 2 sets of towels. Minimum of everything. Cheap for what I consider an expensive hotel in a very good location. Doesn't think of going back.

Beautiful setting on the river. Fire works were awesome. Nicely landscaped terrace.

It’s time to upgrade your elevators to MRL. I could smell the odour of the Hydraulik oil.

I didn't like that they would NOT allow us to use the lounge at night to eat when it was constantly never used. They just continued to say NO even when we would have bought WAY over priced drinks from their lobby.

The place was clean , staff friendly

No option for early checkin yet it was offered on the website. The sheets were stiff and felt like plastic. The pillow was not comfortable at all.

Parking fees are mandatory when all the other hotels in Sherbrooke are free. This is ridiculous. Also, because I reserved throught booking.com I had to pay for the continental breakfast.... for 235$ this is exagerated.

Great location, nice and comfy rooms. Helpful staff assisting in recovery and reception of luggage misplaced by airline.

Comfortable room but much noise heard from the hall.

Maybe the doors could be better sealed to avoid noise from the hallway. View on the east side was atrocious with the roof of the canopy of the entrance. More than anything, one would expect the breakfast on Sunday morning to last until later than 10:00.. going for a morning jog at nine around the lake and told that there is no more breakfast after 10:00 on a weekend was very surprising, Very expensive for a small town like Sherbrooke: not the value expected for over $ 200 per night which is a big-city price... Would seriously reconsider staying there .

Coffee needed to be much warmer Breakfast okay- nothing out of the ordinary.

Room was beautiful however “mood” lighting is a challenge in the elevator especially. Would have enjoyed at least ONE brighter light in our room!!
