真夜中の到着でしたが、施設周りの照明がとても明るくて全く危険を感じなかったです。アメニティの質がよく、シャンプーとコンディショナーが気に入りました。
ダウンタウンから離れているので移動に少し時間がかかりましたが、逆に喧騒から離れていてよかったです。

Good room size. Room very comfortable and clean. Free parking on site. Great location with lots of local restaurants. Excellent value for money. Breakfast room often quite busy but restocked constantly and good selection available.

The front desk staff upon check-in was really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room was a little small to accommodate guests. We end up getting food from the pantry area and just bringing it to our room since there was no chair available for a family to eat.
Our room was on the street side of the building. Traveling with children who are hypersensitive to noise was a little inconvenient at the time of our check-in. We didn't bother to do a room change as we checked in late.

Nice rooms clean, breakfast every day and lots of parking. Many other restaurants and businesses nearby.
Room had a slight smell of cigarettes, had to keep the fan ac on all night since the windows had no screen so it was noisy. Alarm clock was bright so i had to put it away.

I like the location. It was close to my destinations.
The shower head water, the water didn’t come out like it should have it was almost as if there is not enough water coming out no pressure .

Location. Shower water pressure ok and it was hot/warn like good to chose.
Entertainment center like Television. Poor signal, the signal went out several time and with frequency during our stay in.
Yacussi inoperable.
Toilet area was leaking water from under neat.

Perfect accomodation I have ever been in Cali!. The bed was sooooo soft, cannot woke up early :)

Very kind person. Super clean bed. Super amazing mattress 😍.
Can add water every day . They gave me of course when I asked. Just can provide it daily . Ah yes was a little bit dark. Need to change the lights

Extremely clean, nice beds and shower.
Very good breakfast, there was a lady cleaning constantly the tables and counters and refilling all the items. Very efficient!
The desk people were super friendly and there was a lot of parking.

Location
No ice bucket and machine broken. Noisy heat unit. Lots of traffic noise. Lots of deferred maintenance. No tissue in bathroom. Little things add up. Downhill from my stay 6 months ago.

Breakfast was good. How about some whole grain bread. Room was clean and very quiet. Comfortable beds and ample size bath towels. Would love to have a microwave in the room. All and all a perfect stay for a stressful trip. I know we will be staying there on our next trip.
